We had a positive experience overall. Products etc are excellent. However we had a near miss in that the planned loacation of the panels was incorrect but we managed to highlight this prior to instal starting and it worked out okay in the end. Electrician team were excellent as were most of the roofing crew.

Whilst at the Blooms Phoenix Park I approached the stand curious about Solar Panels and their advantages. I spoke to an energy consultant called Gerard, who himself was full of energy. His knowledge of the product was exceptional and I look forward to dealing with OhK Energy in the near future.

I had a series of false starts, cancellations and miscommunications spanning a few months, some appointments were cancelled or changed without informing me. Twice the team turned up to fit the panels and left again due to poor internal communication. Another time I called the day before due installation and was advised they had moved the appointment without consulting with me, I had changed my plans to be available for those few days. This was overall quite disappointing and an experience I wouldn’t wish to repeat, the panels were finally fitted a few weeks ago so I do hope if there are any future issues that OHK might be a bit quicker off the mark and perhaps independently review customers ongoing experiences to see if issues are arising during the process.

The team at ohk Energy were fantastic to deal with. A very professional approach from start to finish. At the quoting stage the team provided honest and accurate advice making it easy to decide on what was best for my scenario. The install team worked very efficiently and cleaned up like they were never there. The after care and the BER assessment experience was also excellent.

We were recommended to use Ohk Energy by an engineering consultant so I felt comfortable from the start. We got 10 new solar panels and and EV charger installed . OHK Team 4 did all our work. They were a group of very friendly and knowledgeable guys who swarmed in at 8 am . Quickly sorted out what had to go where and explained everything to me in the process before they proceeded. Our installation was not that straightforward as we have no attic but nothing seemed to phase them and they did a very neat job no wires or trunking on my walls which was amazing. Their work was all completed by 1pm and they left the place extremely tidy . They patiently got me up and running on the app and showed me how it all was working. I was delighted with this group of guys and would strongly recommend them to anyone getting a similar job done. Thanks Team 4

Ohk came highly recommemded and i can see why,such a professional outfit,arrived at my house at 8am installed 14 roof panels and connected it up to inverter,up and running at midday.

From the first visit from the sales person, Tommy to the roofers a few weeks later and the electricians the following day, the service was highly efficient and professional. The staff at head office were similarly highly efficient, planning the site visits, did all the paperwork for the grant and microgeneration form. The day after OHK finished, the sun came out and seems to be shinning ever since and we delight in all kWh being generated.

Great experience from start to finish. Mark was really helpful, explained everything very clearly and came back with a super competitive quote. The communication from then on was amazing, the grant application was handled very smoothly. And the two install teams on the day were amazing, barely noticed the team fitting the panels, the second electricity team were extremely polite, efficient and clearly experienced!

We were very happy with the professionalism of the whole Ohk team. from the initial viability meeting to installation , all went very smooth.

Great product

I installed a 10KW 22 Panel system. It was ground mounted. I got three quotes. This was the Best. Sean Burke was very knowledgeable, fair and honest. He will tell you what you need and more importantly what you don't need to waste money on. The Crew implemented everything on one day. Quality & Speed were excellent. Paddy ( the electrician) was true professional and has installed 100s of systems. He found a solution to every challenge ( New Eart rod ; line Feeding; New communications line; overcoming Fuse box congestion). After service was also good.
