As much as I would love to make a possitive review on this purchase I cannot at this time. I have made a purchase from OhJewel multiple times (x3) and up until the most recent experience they have been positive. OhJewel got my order incorrect and instead of correcting the mistake they created they think the best couse of action is for me to take the time to find a jeweler on my own to adjust the band they confirmed themselves they would do. Mind you this is the second order with the same request. 1st order the did a great job. This one was shipped without any adjustments made that were requested and confirmed on their part. Additionally OhJewel when I first purchased from them 3 years ago was a very affordable jewelry option and a great value for your money. The most recent purchase was almost double the amount of the same exact ring purchased just a year prior. With the current price increases I encourage you to shop around to find a better value and service. OhJewel does not stand behind their product nor do they stand behind their craftsmanship.

I CAN'T WAIT TO RECEIVE THE RING I AM GOING TO USE TO PROPOSE! OhJewel made sure to work hard to get it to me in time before we go to Iceland the beginning of April. I was nervous it wouldn't make it in time but my day was just made seeing the email from OhJewel stating that it has shipped!! They responded to all my emails in a timely manner and kept me updated this entire process. I cannot wait! Thanks OhJewel. Highly reccomended!!

The customer service was outstanding.
Unfortunately the ring band, carrot size, and features were a lot smaller than how I expected it to be as compared with the pictures. I cannot read the engraving I opted in as an add-on no matter how close I get. The ring itself is still very nice. However, I believe the ring was overpriced and I would've went with a different provider that could provide a warranty and certification.

They were very fast to reply in email and faster than they promised. Very nice job!

I'm about to propose to my fiance with one of their rings. I first saw it on Etsy and fell in love with the ring at first sight, I knew it was the one. But they didn't deliver to Martinique on Etsy anymore but thanks to their website I was able to find it again. I discussed with them by mail and they were very reactive and willing to find a way to get it delivered to me. I received the ring in the time range they inform you about on the site and it was as beautiful as I saw it online. All things considered I'm really happy I bought the ring from them instead of anywhere else.

Saw the ring we liked they was happy to change some stones to the ones we wanted. Very good customer service and kept us updated with order. I would definitely do business with this company again...

Great customer service- they reached out via email to double check the ring size. Arrived promptly and the ring is gorgeous!

I am very happy with how the ring turned out, as far as pricing is dont know much gold and jewels are worth, plus the labor in custom making of this. But I love how the ring turned out. I never buy things from websites because I'm always worried I will lose my money and not get the item, but I received my item in a timely manner so I will give 5 stars on this review.

The ring is absolutely perfect!!! I was not one to want to get married but after 13 we did. I didn't get an engagement ring because I'm not a diamond person and I knew whatever was going to be on that finger would be forever. I've just worn my wedding band. Almost 16 years in now, and I finally found the perfect ring. I was so nervous while waiting for it but I cannot be happier. The nature inspiration and everything the stone represents is more me than any diamond. And it matches my husband's band! Thank you so much! 😊

I was hesitant to order from here because there are so many scams out on the web. But, I’m so glad I did! I get so many compliments about the unique setting & the stone color. The Alexandrite Hexagon cut varies colors in different light- I’ve seen everything from aqua, teal, & blue to deep purple & light pink

Ring arrived ahead of schedule

I placed my order and the day after o reached out to see if I could customize the ring a little more to my wifes liking and they worked with me. Polite, kind, and in a timely manner. She loved the ring. Ill gladly get my next wife a ring from ohjewl.

Very helpful and communicative. Helped me design a custom ring and was very patient with all of my requests and made sure I got it on time. 10/10
