I placed my order was told it would arrive in 2 business days...did not receive my order for 3 weeks. Bad communication...the only way they would communicate was through PayPal...unacceptable! Would not recommend to anyone, and definitely will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered two fitness watches Dec 29 2020 said they would be here by the 16th. When I got them later then told they didnt work. I emailed them no response. I'm so disappointed. I just want my money back

I did not receive the item , I received a small chain for the saw, but no saw.
I am really disappointed because I was looking forward to using the tool in my garden. I wrote the company back and have not received a reply, been a month already.

This was a huge disappointment. It was supposed to contain real elements but it was just a sticker placed on plastic. I tried to email the website and the individual I paid, no one responded. What a crappy product, website and seller. Don’t buy this junk you will regret it.

My daughter loves her plexiglass periodic table for her desk. She is a Chem prof and this was an appropriate gift. I would like to have ordered a larger size though. I was concerned when it did not arrive quickly, but fortunately it arrived before Christmas!! I think that Ohio Depot should have an address and phone number because people might think it is a scam. (My husband did, until it arrived safely) I would order from Ohio Depot again...

I am very disappointed with my order. I accidentally placed 2 orders for the same product with OhioDepot and immediately requested that they cancel one of the orders. Of course they did not! When I recieved my separate puzzles, they are not even in the original boxes that a typical puzzle comes in, so you have to hope you got the correct puzzle. This is another one of those Asian companies, so you have to wait and hope you get your product. It took, what seemed like forever, to get the puzzles, then of course they came separately. I will NEVER EVER order from this company again.

Ohio Depot has zero customer service. I sent three emails and never received a reply. I tried to cancel my order because it took almost three weeks to get it. I wish I had because when I finally received it, it was not what I thought I was buying. The product description and photo were not accurate. I thought I was getting two mini chainsaws. Instead I got only two chainsaw chains. I would return them and send them back, but I am afraid I would then be out the money and the chains. Horrible store. Do not use.

This item has still not been received. It was suppose to be delivered between 12-17 and 12-27. It is 1-06 and I have still not seen the item.

I’m still waiting for my complete order and no one had responded to me.

This is a very cheap product and EXTREMELY over-priced. After already being price-gouged, there’s an additional $7 to return it. I would never trust this company ever again.

I have been trying to contact you what came in my order was not what I thought I ordered.....and I would like a refund and return what I got. I thought I was ordering the actual chain saw not a replacement chain. I have tried emailing you etc no reply I would like to return those two chains.

Product does not work as advertised. I emailed for a refund and received no response.

I never received the product that I ordered. I reached out multiple times to request information about when my package would be sent. I ordered the last Friday in November for a Christmas gift. As of today which is December 29, an entire month has passed. I have not received my order, or any reply to my multiple emails inquiring about where my order is. The order showed ready for transit since December 2. Today, I get the email that asked “how did we do?” If there were an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen that.
