Don't order from Oh Hello clothing. Absolutetly disgraceful experience. Spent money on delivery to recieve a Prom dress for my daughter quick and the dress was too big. I again spent money to return the dress for a refund. Suddenly one day I recieved a package from Oh Hello but I hadn't placed an order. The dress arrived back to me and they said it was non-refundable EVEN though we followed the return policy. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

Beautiful dresses. They sadly send me the dress in the wrong color. I reached out to the customer service and they reacted very fast and were very kind. I ordered with fast delivery service and asked my money back (with delivery cost included). They apologized and give my money back without any problems!!

My Daughter is delighted with her dress. Fits perfectly. Great service, it arrived in a couple of days. Thank you Oh Hello Clothing.

There was a slight issue with the dress I ordered so I got in contact with their team @ohhelloclothing and spoke to the extremely helpful ‘Sharon’. She spoke me through everything, sent me a returns form, sorted my refund and even went out of her way to send images of the dresses in stock to reassure me of what I was getting! Very helpful

Oh Hello Clothing has truly exceeded my expectations. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the return process was just as quick and hassle-free. Their customer service is absolutely brilliant—friendly, responsive, and helpful at every step. The quality of the product is a solid 10/10; you can really tell they care about what they sell. Honestly, this is one of the only dress sites I can fully trust. Highly recommend!

Dress wasnt made very well and had a weird shape to it

This is the first time I have ordered from Oh Hello! My daughter found them online. I allowed her to order a few dresses to try on, not knowing that they were coming from Ireland and we are in the US. She found the right dress for her and it looks beautiful on her, just as depicted in the pictures. Oh Hello has been very responsive via email with any question I had (and I had a few).

When the dresses arrived, they were packed in a box. Yes, they were a bit wrinkled but do you expect to get any piece of clothing via mail that isn't? A quick press from my seamstress and good as new.

I recommend Oh Hello! They did a great job for me.

I have been looking for a prom dress for my daughter and have been doing extensive research with reputable companies. Having read reviews on here I was confident oh hello clothing would live up to its reputation.
It certainly did. The delivery and returns policy is clear and true. I ordered several dresses to try on and knew I would have to return at least 2 and was aware I would need to pay postage. I’m based in England but the postage to Northern Ireland is reasonable and I was aware. The return was quick and I received my return in a timely manner.
I reordered a couple more with confidence in the company. Found a beautiful, reasonably priced dress which my daughter is thrilled with.
I would really rate this company and will definitely order again.

Purchased a dress, it arrived in a ball in the bag so had to get it steamed and then when I got my seamstress to look at it she said the zip was “shoved” in and was faulty (it was extremely puckered at the back and wouldn’t sit right).
When I asked ohhello if they would accept the return (as it was outside of their 14day policy) they refused and said the dress was as per design.
Would not recommend purchasing from them and I won’t be again.

Avoid - Expensive mistake ordering from this company.

I ordered 4 dresses for my daughter to try for her prom. Dresses arrived squashed into a bag so were all creased.

Cheap quality dresses so returned from UK paying almost £20 postage. To then receive an email from oh hello saying my return had been received and would be refunded minus a restocking fee of £5 per dress. If I’d only ordered 3 dresses there would have been no return fee apparently!

Dresses were no better than something off shein and came packaged the same. Could understand a fee if beautifully packaged.

So disappointed with this company and its greed.

We ordered a prom dress for my daughter. It arrived really quickly and was stunning but sadly didn't quite fit. I contacted Oh Hello via the website and received a very prompt response with advice about sizing and getting a replacement. I returned the original dress and received the replacement within a few days. It fits beautifully and my daughter is super happy.
I'd definitely recommend this company.

I bought the most beautiful dress for my 30th birthday. The quality of the dress was just perfection! The colour of the dress was the exact colour online! I would highly recommend this clothing brand for any occasion, fast delivery & amazing quality!!

Got great dress advice from the lady on this site about what style would suit my daughter. That advice was spot on. Bought 2 dresses. Same style in different colours. They were both fabulous but the red suited better so sent the black back. Delivery and returns very easy and lovely Irish company to deal with. Helena

The dresses in itself were not to bad, but besides having to pay for the return (which I knew beforehand) the instructions on returning it are incomplete and horrible and the costs of ordering and having to return it, costs more than the dresses. I will not be ordering from this shop again.

I would like to say that I was soo impressed by both the service and quality of the clothing I received from Oh hello clothing.
Myself and my daughter spent the day shopping in Dublin City with no luck finding a dress for her TY ball.
It turned out I remembered this brand somehow and when I screenshot a dress I thought she would like, it turned out she had saved a video of the same dress back in November. We got the dress delivered so quickly. We will be buying again from this company and I also loved their attention to detail - packaging and updates on delivery too.
