Stay away from that company
Stay away from that company. I purchased a 12 months subscription which came in the form of a credit I could use for my purchases. My first order was ok. However a few weeks ago I tried numerous times to order again using my credit however whilst I could see the credit amount every time I was trying to check out it would not let me use it. Unfortunately during one of my attempts I completed the transaction and was charged new funds for my bottles. I reached out a couple of times for help but my emails were ignored whilst of course I received relentless requests to return my empty bottles. I tried to support a local business but they’re just a scam and not interested in putting things right
