The unknown CS was arrogant and dismissive of me!!!

Sadly 😔 😟 I have found a Site manager,who came out this week, that i dont know, arrogant and dismissive of the water problems! Robert our own SM was lovely as always.Ogilvies head CS is dismissive of my knowledge.
I will follow their procedure but also hear from outside people and SEPA, why here in Drovers gate this field was a flooded area, Ogilvie paid the farmer then Perth CC several millions a lot for this field.!!
I have problems with a small area at the bottom of my garden.the rest of my garden is fine. This approx 3x3ft is slowly sinking and is always squelchy.
Ogilvie did come out in September and put a "French drain" in, 😥 it's not working, 😔 😟 🙁 😥
