Had my 2nd onboarding meeting with Apple Esguerra today to go over the Oggvo dashboard and software we did not cover in our 1st meeting. Apple was just as outstanding as she was during our 1st meeting. She is excellent in making sure I knew how to use the tools and navigate through the dashboard before moving on to the next steps. She is an excellent communicator and I am glad she was assigned to me as my account manager, and team member! She always responds very quickly to my emails too whenever I have follow up questions as I did after our meeting ended. Apple is definitely an expert on how to use all the Oggvo tools.

We have been setting up our platform with Apple getting all of our social media accounts connected. We can see how this will be a great tool for us to expand our reach on the internet using reviews and social media.
