Product (Blade) is of good quality, but the office is a nightmare. Payments received were not acknowledged or recorded. At one stage Ziggy became rude and demanding about missing payments he already had. Given all this, and the extensive delay (months) between payment of deposit and fitting date, I took the reasonable precaution of withholding balance of payment until fitting date, to Ziggy's anger. On the day of fitting, Mark (sub contractor) was brilliant and professional and knew what he was doing. You get a 10 year "warranty" with this product, so I insisted Ziggy provide a roofer to make sure everything water-tight and his responsibility. He did me a "favour" and provided one "at cost" which cost me almost £1000 for a couple of hours work. No leaks so far and it looks good - but I would never deal with this company again.

I must admit, from start to finish, Ziggy and the whole team at ofset made this experience so easy from start to finish. My vision was brought into reality with the ease of delivery and installation by Mark, Jack and Reece. Thank you everyone at ofset, the service was excellent and I cannot recommend them enough. Dream it, do it. Well done to everyone involved.

Extremely happy with the installation. Everyone who has seen the roof lights has comments they are the nicest they have seen as they are completely flush in a pitched roof. The installation team lead by Mark were amazing.

We decided on a 5m x 1.5m skylight which is obviously quite big, and weighs 475kg! Now fitted and looks absolutely superb, gives lots of light and creates an airy and bright welcoming space. The Ofset product is sleek and elegant, fitting time was very quick, the fitters themselves were very experienced and left the site in a clean and tidy manner, would certainly recommend Ofset if you’re after a modern crisp elegant rooflight

I wanted a supply and fit solution to replace 3 old, large roof lanterns that were in very bad repair. I was surprised how difficult it was to find someone who would take on all aspects of the work in one go - removal, install and even the crane delivery. The work was carried out on the day that was agreed despite the tight timeframe and the workmanship was excellent - matching the ofset blade product that we had installed. It looks great from inside and out. It is just a shame that only the birds will see the outside!

Very easy to deal with. Team arrived on site as agreed and all four rooflights installed in one day. Ziggy is very responsive and easy to deal with.

Ziggy and the Design Team ensured our clients requirements were met. As a Main Contractor with 25 years experience, the Blade is without doubt one of best Rooflights on the market. Even with a 400 mile installation in Scotland, the fitters even visited the job the night before. With a 100 ton crane installation, everything went smoothly and the client has a bespoke product they are delighted with. Highly Recommended.

Ziggy/Ofset have supplied us with two large Blade rooflights and have been a pleasure to deal with the whole way along. The rooflights arrived in exactly the timeframe we requested, and the fitters noticed a minor issue (that we didn't) and Ziggy arranged for replacements straightaway (none of which delayed our project). Their professionalism and the product itself is exactly what we hoped for. I would absolutely recommend!

Great product and the crew Ziggy sent out fitted it with such ease. The whole process was seamless with fabulous drawings that were supplied enabled our builder and chippy to make a custom upstand to suit our needs as well as the requirements to allow the roof light to fit in place. Great product and service. We first saw this roof light at our architects house and knew we had to have one. After talking through and ordering the blade system with Ziggy, we was supplied all the drawing for our builders. When the roof was ready, the team turned up and installed on time. The fitters were excellent and along with the crane driver was seamless. Would highly recommend!

Great job. Ziggy worked seamlessly with our builders and project manager from the first contact through to the final installation. His attention to detail from the initial advice to the on-site surgery, delivery and installation was reassuring secure and helpful. On fitting day, because of the size of the roof glass being installed, we were all a little nervous. Ziggy’s team arrived as scheduled and their professionalism and knowledge made the whole installation quite an exciting event. The glass was an exact fit and looks amazing.
