Absolute Waste Of Time!!
After initially making contact I agreed a price that I'd like, after saying id think about it during a Saturday even I then got told the offer was withdrawn not even 1 hour later.
I reached out again a few weeks later agreeing a price ( I was told the original offer wouldn't be matched as that dealer had pulled out, however I later came to realise the same dealer had made a new offer so this was a lie)
Again being pushed to make a decision ASAP I agreed and was told someone would contact me the next day.
I heard nothing after day one and I chased Chris, he said he'd get back to me.
Day two, nothing
I contacted Chris to say I'm pulling out, I didn't even get a reply.
These online 3rd party buyers are all the same, push to get you to agree and then don't want to know if anything goes wrong
Absolutely useless, sell yourself or stick to part ex

Hi Robert,
I am sorry that you feel this way about online car buying companies, however we have looked into this situation in depth and can see that your review is not entirely an honest one.
You approached us back in the beginning of February to help sell your car, to which we presented an offer on the same day. Despite this, we heard nothing back from you so we sent a reminder to you later that month to which you confirmed you were no longer selling the vehicle.
You then approached us once again in the beginning of April for another quotation, which we also provided same day. You asked if we could beat an alternative offer you had - which we were pleased to be able to do for you. Despite this, you then decided to withdraw from the sale for the second time.
Once you had confirmed that you had changed your mind again and did not wish to go ahead (despite our ability to beat all of your other offers), our buyers had unfortunately lost faith in the deal and withdrew any remaining live offers, which of course you had declined anyway.
A few days later in April you had approached us for the 3rd time to sell your car to which we said we would be more than happy to take a look for you but to be aware that our buyers had seen this car several times, so this would have to be a concrete deal if we were to proceed.
Once again we managed to achieve the price you require and finally confirmed a deal with yourself - for the 3rd time. We informed you that our buyers will be in touch to arrange collection and payment for the vehicle in due course. With a 4 day bank holiday in in the middle, yes, the turnaround time may have been slower than you were expecting which we do apologise for.
That being said, we strongly believe that the work our sales team did on all 3 separate sales agreements over the past 3 months, strongly outweighs a 3 day delay in collection which took place over a 4 day bank holiday period.
Again, we are sorry to hear that your expectations were not met however we believe that our sales team went over and beyond for you on each of the 3 occassions.
As a final note, we have received your request to withdraw from the sale for the third time to which our buyers have acknowledge and accepted.

Sale of my VW UP
Was a real easy experience, the team were very helpful and dedicated to getting me the best price possible.
They beat the best offer I had obtained elsewhere and agreed on a sale price on condition the car matched the description given and photos.
A day and approx time was agreed for the sale, exchange paperwork done online all very easy.
The pick up driver arrived within the hour agreed, he was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the reason of a short video of the car and a run out in the car with myself along side.
Once he was happy and agreed there were no problems, a quick call to his office and the agreed price was transferred to my account within minutes and we completed the V5C transfer online before he left with the car.
All in all would recommend off the drive to anybody looking to sell their car via this method.

A very positive experience - top company !
Top , top company to deal with from start to finish ! I did get in touch with a number of similar companies but these stood out from my first contact . It was easy and straightforward to submit required information and pics - I then had an offer the same day , which was significantly higher than some of the other “better known” dealers. I agreed to price and car was picked up the next day - and monies were transferred before I handed keys over - a seamless experience from start to finish!!
