Thank you for taking the time to review OFFTEK. I am sorry there have been issues with your order.
As advised through email we are waiting for DHL to return your order to us before we can refund you.
This is because although your address is in Italy (which you told us after shipment and 1 day after placing your order), you have decided to pick Century City, South Africa as the shipping destination. Due to COVID-19 there has been a lock down on shipments in South Africa which is the reason behind the delay of us retrieving your package from South African customs.
We have worked with DHL to retrieve your item but due to the current situation it has been out of our hands but in the hands of the South African customs office. However we have been informed as of 2 days ago there is a return waybill number that has been generated which means your item should be returned to us soon. As per our emails, as soon as your item is returned to us from South Africa we will be able to refund you.
