We had an issue with our time clock and they gave us a replacement very fast. No problems.

I had a problem with my hat press. I contacted customer service and they sent me a video on how to fix it and they followed up to make sure I didn’t need any further

I have been using this little OFFNOVA Label printer for over 3 years and it is the best purchase I have ever made for my Ebay business. After all these years the red light came on last week and I emailed Customer service. Ivy replied immediately with cleaning tips. I followed her directions and turned it off for 15 minutes. When I turned it back on all was back to normal!! Love this little printer, it is a hard worker and you can use any labels with it, with no problems unlike some of the expensive printers out there that require you to purchase expensive labels. We were looking for a cheap, easy to use thermal printer for our eBay store and found this company. Decided to give them a try and we are super happy we did. We purchased the basic label printer (hardwire USB, no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) for about $50. It came with a few test labels and was super easy to setup. The driver install takes a few seconds; 2 cords and you are connected. Awesome little device, exactly what we were looking for!

I’m very pleased with OFFNOVA TSC-2043PB printer for its versatility and ability to print using about any generic label rolls regardless of the gap width, perforation or black marks.
Before getting TSC-2043PB, I used at least three different mobile label printer brands of the same class from below $50 range for my business. They all were quite picky regarding the generic labels, requiring much more expensive brand-name labels from the printer manufacturer.
OFFNOVA printer has a very clear print on all generic labels of different sizes I tried. Many generic brand labels have slightly different label gaps; OFFNOVA printer auto-calibrates itself when you put the generic roll in; then, it always precisely positions the center of the label gap against the tearing teeth. You can also fine-tune the gap width in the software, but I never had to do it because the auto-calibration just works!
In my experience and opinion, the printer hit the golden spot in the combination of engineering, workmanship and software functionality. Thank you very much for the great product!

Fast delivery and great price

This was a great experience and I would have given them 5 stars except the inside box containing the time cards was damaged and when the packing box was opened the cards were scattered inside. A few of the time cards were damaged along edges. The shipping time was great though.

Set up was quick and easy. I had some trouble getting the label to print the appropriate font. Service was prompt and very helpful!

I was a little nervous about this website offnova because I never heard of this before & it was easy to set up don't support Bluetooth which I would love to have Bluetooth compatible if my computer was down
