Waiting for my order and customer service does not respond to any email
I ordered before from them without any problems. But in november 2025 I purchased 4 rosebud plush dolls. It was not a presale item and according to the site shipping would start by the end of november. But my order is still not shipped, tracking via 'shop' stays in 'waiting for details' status. Customer service does not respond to any of my mails, I have send them 3 already. I also reported my problem via the 'shop' site, but they just forwarded it to the roseshop, so that will not help at all. I will wait just a little longer but if I get no response whatsoever I feel compelled to claim a refund. Fortunately I paid via PayPall so I can issue a refund via them. I realy don't get why it is so hard to respond to emails.
