Leon was amazing, he was very caring and talked me through the whole process. He was extremely responsive and anytime I need anything he is always there. I recommend this service for anyone who can’t afford traditional healthcare and needs someone to be there for you and your animals when you need them the most.

Leon has done a phenomenal job having my German Shepherd certified as an ESA. There’s no long waiting process or huge sets of paperwork involved. If you’re considering having your pets deemed a necessity, I’d recommend going with him over any of the other so called “services” which may or may not be the real deal. Theres so many so called services that offer certificates and plaques which legally mean absolutely nothing and you are essentially paying for nothing. With him it’s straight to the point and all legally protected.

Offcial Pets was a breeze to use and great experience! I submitted my original request on Friday and got a call from my provider the next day on Saturday (which I missed), I got another call on Sunday (which I also missed). After 2 days of phone and email tag with my original provider I emailed Official Pets to see if there was another provider who had availability more suited to my schedule at which point Leon called shortly after and got me taken care of on the spot (8pm on a Sunday!). I had my letter within minutes of our phone conversation! I will absolutely be recommending this service to my friends.
