Good products but expensive and complex
Let's say my product cost $30. Then there was $15 shipping cost. This seems quite basic stuff. On checkout there was 24% tax for both the product and the shipping which is about $11. Still understandable. And with this tax level used in my country I thought the shipping would come from EU without any need for additional customs.
But the product did came from the US. And I had to do the customs stuff to get my product. So it was an additional 24% on top of everything meaning an additional payment of $13. And a flat rate handling fee of 2,90€.
So in the end the $30 product cost me $72. Can't really recommend. There was no way to know that I would end up paying customs after already paying all the taxes for the product and shipping. As far as I know the product tax in US should have been something like 8% not 24% so this site took the tax by my country but send the product from a country with much lover tax and which is outside EU and I need to pay local taxes when I get the product.
Seems a bit shady. Fortunately the product was OK. No way worth $72 but maybe worth the $50 as Konami anyway has some really good game universes. Also shipping time was quite long but as I now understand that it came from all the way from US it's also understandable. And the shipping worked on a basic level (not good, not bad).
