Ordered a silver vape. Got send a red one with a message saying the model is discontinued and only had red in stock. Did not state the silver was unavailable on their website (I would have gone elsewhere if they did) and did not contact me to tell me they only had red and ask if I still want it? I now have to walk around with a red vape for God knows when? A little communication would have been courteous. Won't be ordering my next vape from these guys!

Ordered replacement coils and more than I would usually As this is the official site. What a joke. They never arrived and ny email enquiring when my order would arrive has been ignored.

Bought a NX40 Mod and the silver coating on fire button has/is flaking off. Only been using this for just over three weeks. Sent back to Official Aspire and I’ve been advised and told in no uncertain terms that it’s due to clear signs of accidental damage on my part!

I’ve not dropped this mod but apparently I have caused this damage whilst putting in and taking out of my pocket?.....

The LED screen is leaning to one side. But again, I’ve been advised that they have placed mine next to others and cannot see anything wrong. Mmmmmm

They have clearly not taken responsibility for what is a product that is of not satisfactory quality and will do anything to wriggle out of replacing it.

Be warned and think twice of placing an order with this company, my mod cost me over £37. It’s not the money but the after sales response. A bit of customer service goes a long way. BE WARNED
