Ordered a ring. Did not get a follow up email. After weeks I followed up with them and they stated it “was lost in transit”. They offered me 40% refund on my order! Well if it was lost in transit and I didn’t actually receive my order, and not my issue in any way, I would expect a full refund. Would not order from them again! Other places that never ordered something and happen to be lost in transit on their end, they automatically sent a replacement. So I don’t trust to order from them again :(

Just recieved my ring. Ordered 19th September just arrived today. Looks.like it's been worn. I have emailed them and just read all these other complaints so not holding my breath. Also not impressed they say it's from the UK when it obviously not. Bracelets usually do work . But looking at this ring looks.like something out of a Christmas cracker.

I ordered 2 rings, size 7 and size 8. Both rings came quickly but they were both size 6. I emailed and was asked for pictures. I sent the pictures and they replied that I could return them, with me paying for shipping, or receive a 40% off. I am lazy so I asked for the 40%. They then replied and said that after further review they decided that what they sent me was correct, but I could have 30% off a future order. Luckily I used paypal so now paypal will work on getting my money back.

I made two separate purchases of their “Wellness” jewelry, more specifically 3 weight loss rings. The finish on all three rings came off. The two with “black” finish became silver and the “silver” finish became pink. This indicated the ring wasn’t even made of silver, but copper, therefore leaving a black/green ring around my finger as copper does. I contacted customer service and they advised me if their 7 day return policy. I would assume this meant if you didn’t like it, or a sizing problem. Not for shoddy materials! They offered me a 20% discount to buy more of their junk.

Do not buy from this company, they are scammers. I requested to return the menopause ring I purchased for £26 as it did not look worth the money and didnt work. After bring replied to using an automated reply over 6 times, I was then given a return address in China and told it would cost me over £50 to post the item back when they said the were uk based. Total waste of money

Terrible customer service. The product does nothing. They are located in China and will make you pay to return merchandise to them (after they ignore your emails asking for a refund). Save your money! Don’t offer a guarantee if you won’t stand behind it.

I thought I would give a menopause bracelet a try after reading positive reviews and seeing the 7 day money back guarantee if it didn’t help. I contacted them, after 5 days of wearing it and feeling/ seeing zero change, to request a refund. They didn’t honour the guarantee. I’m not sure this is even a legit company as their website sometimes doesn’t even work. Stay away!

Avoid at all cost complete scam gave me an incorrect tracking number for somebody else’s parcel ! I’m currently trying to get my money back wish I had never bothered !

BEWARE, I placed an order with Aida for 4 items, after weeks of waiting for the parcel to arrive from CHINA, it finally arrived but only containing 1 of the items I purchased, this was done quite intentionally judging by the package, a small jiffy type bag with a single box tightly pushed inside, with delivery label attached. Quite disappointed to be honest as the only thing getting lighter is my wallet.... a refund for the items has been requested through PayPal so fingers crossed i'll at least get my money back on the items they didn't send.

My hot flashes are horrible especially at night. I have look and look for products that would help me. I came across magtherapy jewely on Facebook. Read the reviews and gave it a try. It's been a full month, my life is so much better. I am sleeping through the night. I have maybe one or two flashes. They are not intense like they use to be. Just give it a try

I have been experiencing fatigue and emotional imbalance over the last year. I have had interrupted sleep patterns that have caused me to have very little energy to make it through the day. I have been riding an emotional roller coaster. Feeling out of control on days. Like I lost myself in an emotional abyss. I started wearing magtherapy in May of this year. Over the last 6 weeks, combined with exercise and improved diet, I have experienced improved sleep and have felt more balanced emotionally. I no long feel like I am going to fall apart with every little bump in the road. I feel like I have some say in the matter again and am able to think and process more clearly.

I’ve been wearing magtherapy for about a month now and can’t say that I’ve seen a major difference but I have been on an antibiotic during some of this time for a UTI. I did however notice that I didn’t not get a yeast infection from the antibiotic since I normally do. I imagined the magtherapy has helped with this. I will continue to wear this ring in hope that they can help my hot flashes because they are my main concern. I sweat all the time and it’s frustrating to me because I hate feeling wet and sticky all the time. It’s also embarrassing when you go to hug someone and they can feel your sweat through your clothes. Menopause has completely changed my body, so any help I can get, I’m reaching out to find some results to help my body balance back to normal.

I just started wearing magtherapy ring and I can gladly state that my mood has already been enhanced. I am super happy with this ring, I personally haven’t experienced any side effects thus far, Would recommend.

This product works as advertised. Takes a week or so of consistency but I can tell a difference.

My head is clearer, and no night sweats. It works right away! I feel fantastic! I do wish I had gotten on this a few years back. It's been really rough. I almost even lost my job due to brain fog and memory loss. I can ( and want to) play with my husband and kids again. No more couch sitting all day. I would recommend this to anyone who is suffering like I was. I've seen many doctors, and they all said they didn't know what was wrong because I'm too young to be menopausal. I guess not!

I rarely review anything but magtherapy works. I was having the worst hot flashes--I felt like my head was catching on fire several times a day (IYKYK). This was pissing me off and making me feel like crying at the same time. I had been using bioidentical hormone creams for years but they suddenly stopped working. I was about to ask my Dr for HRT and already had the appointment when I decided to try this. Hot flashes STOPPED. If this stop working HRT will be my next step but for now I am just happy to be in control of my temperature again. Ladies do not suffer! We deserve relief!

Omg my SLEEP! I was waking often through the night all of a sudden and that’s what initially made me get back on wearing the magtherapy ring. Now I sleep well through the night and wake once, maybe.

Lastly, it’s helped my mood. I was irritable and short-tempered, didn’t want to be around people and my poor boyfriend suffered the brunt of it. Even during PMS I’ve been pleasant and light. After going without it for a few months, it’s been apparent that I NEED this stuff.

It’s just been amazing! Worth the cost and commitment!
