Let down by service
Extremely poor service. Took my money for the purchase. DHL claimed to have tried delivering the item (even though my wife works in the room next to the front door and was in all day), we received no calling card. Office Boffins refused to help me saying I had to take it up with DHL directly, with no contact or reference number offered to me. It also took me sending several messages to get the response that they would not be helping me further.

Normally, when a delivery fails you would receive a text message from the carrier so you can rearrange it to suit. Something has gone wrong there and we're really sorry about that. Excellent product and price, speedy delivery. Very easy to put together, excellent instructions. Well packed. Very comfortable seat with great support. Lumbar is adjustable as are the arm rests and the tilt is great. Very sturdy chair feels well built.

Good experience overall
Easy ordering, reasonable price and delivery quick and chair as ordered. The only issue I have with the chair itself is that I cannot adjust the back high enough off the seat so that it doesn’t quite feel like it’s fitting to the curve of my back quite right.
