Seem fine for my requirements, saving over £200 per year versus my previous registered office service; have not had any HMRC or official mail forwarded yet but just the nature of my business, I can only presume this will run smoothly but for less than £2.25 per month I can not recommend OfficeServ more.

Unfortunately, we are unable to see that you have contacted us after signing up for our services on the 14th January 2026.

Data breach: Sending other customer’s letters to me

Sending other customer’s letters to me, containing sensitive data. Very worrying, as it was a scan of my CIC’s authentication code letter, with other company’s letters from HMRC on the second page. Sent to me 6 times over the space of an hour, each time containing my authentication code and a different company’s private letters. Really sloppy data breach.

This was an isolated technical failure affecting a single mail processing batch on 20 January. Less than 8% of clients who had mail scans processed that day were affected, representing significantly less than 0.4% of our overall customer base. The issue was identified quickly, contained immediately, and access to the affected files was revoked.

Since then, additional technical and manual safeguards have been put in place to ensure that a similar system failure cannot result in incorrect distribution in the future.

While technology can unfortunately fail from time to time, we take incidents like this seriously. All affected clients were contacted directly, and the matter has been handled carefully and in line with our regulatory obligations. We appreciate you raising your concerns.
