Ordered on 06/03/26 it’s currently 17/4/26 and still haven’t received my item. Contacted customer service and haven’t heard back

Just don’t buy from them. No customer service, no communication, it’s a guess wether your product arrives or not.

I have made an order almost a month ago, I still haven't received anything. The DHL tracker number they gave me is not link to any shipment and they don't reply to my email...

Fu—ed up they scammed me order didn’t freaking arrive man I paid so much for this lol!

I still have no news of my order

I made my order on March 9th, received an email that stated that there might be some delays in delivering the order. Two weeks after, with no follow up, I sent an email requesting an update on my order or the very least an ETA, no response. I sent another email the week after again asking for an update, no response. Today I sent my third email, which I expect to receive no response.

What is particularly deceptive about their conduct is their use of paid advertisement to push their products, yet as it is very clearly from the mass of reviews, they do not fulfill orders and if they do, it is done months after the order is made and with zero adequate customer care.

Not gonna lie the t-shirt is STUNNING.
But the customer services sucksssss so so bad. Honestly i felt like i got scammed, i really did not expect my package to come anymore especially since they didn’t reply on any of my messages. Not through mail, not through instagram and nog even through tiktok. After two months i just got a notification saying the package was on the way. So once again… t-shirt is stunning but customer service is a big big big NO.

I waited 9 months for 1 hoodie….

Zero Customer Support.

Company takes months to ship items with no explanation as to why.

Sent multiple emails either asking for an update or refund. Received nothing.

Eventually took me sending an email threatening to pursue legal action to recover money lost and then miraculously my item was in the post the next day.

The product looks like expected, but the delivery time of two months is not acceptable. The birthday of my child was nearly one month ago, so that’s very disappointing.

DON'T ORDER HERE!!!

This is a scam. Made my order back in September and didn't receive anything yet. No messages, nothing.

Please use the European Customer Centre (ECC) or Geschillencommissie (NL) to file complaints and start formal procedures.

I did my purchase on July 2025 and I still didn't receive my order

Ordered t-shirts in summer and it has been nearly 6 months with zero updates from their side. Tried to reach them multiple times via different channels with no response. 100% scam and money seems lost. Avoid at all cost!

Still havent my order and its been 2 weeks

Don't order they are SCAMMERS. I have ordered a T-shirt on 10th of August that is 96 days and i still didn't get any shipment confirmation. In between time i have send many emails 8 to be precise, they have answered the first two with an apologies and such words but other 6 no reaction. you can't call them by phone. its one of the Fraud and deception websites, so do yourself a favor and don't order.

It’s been more than two months since I placed my order, and I still have nothing. No delivery, no update, and no real communication. This is completely unacceptable.
I’ve been patient long enough, but this brand clearly doesn’t respect its customers. I strongly advise anyone thinking about ordering here to be very careful — my experience has been awful from start to finish.
