Helpful customer service! Helped me decide what setup would be best for my truck, and they didn't dissapoint! Will definitely be shopping more from this website

Ordered a lift kit from this shady company in January, still waiting for it to ship 6 Weeks later, don't waste your money ordering from this terrible website, called customer service 3 times, each time i was given the run around and told it would ship soon, was not helpful at all and very rude. Was told they would send email when they receive it, that was 2 weeks ago. Could not cancel because they charge a 30% restocking fee.

I inquired about a bumper for my truck and fitment. this is one of those 1 email a day if your lucky customer service departments so after a couple days the guy whos name was joseph just regurgitated what i could read plainly on the product page and answered none of my questions, further attempts to contact him went unanswered i was able to find the bumper i wanted on another website and not only found it almost $1000 cheaper but found out what he told me was incorrect i DO NOT recommend off-road.ca thier lack of product knowledge, abysmal response times and as pricing are awful

Looks great and works well, but the install was tougher than expected. Good kit with a few hassles.

Came looking for a lift kit for my truck, and was met with Matt. He single handedly took care of me and was very patient with me and ensured every step of the way that I was able to get a lift kit that properly fit my truck! Highly recommend shopping here as they have some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! Will be recommending all family and friends here!

I had an awesome experience with Off-Road Canada. The staff actually picked up the phone and walked me through the exact fitment I needed before I placed my order. They were super knowledgeable and honest about timelines and availability.

Purchased step sides in January 2025 and as of April, already rusting. Contacted warranty at Off-Road in April, very slow at responding and still have not resolved issue as of June 2025. Not impressed with customer service.

This company shipped the wrong lift kit after I asked them to cancel and stop the shipment. Now I have to pay return shipping plus a 30% (holy sh!t) restocking fee. This will add up to almost as much as the purchase price. I financed this kit and will be paying for it for months and not even be able to actually use it. Lame and shady fly by night outfit here, avoid yourself a huge headache

I ordered step sides for around $360. I was not hearing anything so I contacted them and received an excuse that they would look into it within 24 hours. Went past 24 hours and enquired again. They said something about brackets did not ship with the step sides. It sounded lame to me so I cancelled the order. I then went to look at the item online and they jacked the price. I am guessing with tariffs they did not want to take a loss on the item. A little honesty would have been preferable to this mess. A deal could have been worked out. I am disappointed and will not return.
