Fraud

Do not trust this fraudulent company. They false advertised and use dark pattern methods to coerce you into buying a product that is completely different to what you were tricked into believing. They do not respond to contact. I will be taking them to the Verein für Konsumenteninformation

Worst company CS I have ever experienced

Sooo unprofessional!!! Each of the employees in the CS tells you something different. Their Customer Service is a JOKE! Never talked to so many so incapable people at a company. They dont care about helping you, its just about the money.

SCAM!!! BE CAREFUL...

I am giving one star, but actually should be NO Star as I did pay 2 tickets on the amount of 72 Euros for a concert and did not receive them, nor they were found in the system. I am now trying to get my refund from OETICKET and they are telling that I did receive the tickets on my email. This is a SCAM! If you have to buy whatever ticket, do not use this service as they will take your money and you will not receive anything for it. BE CAREFUL!

Do not waste your money on the extra…

Do not waste your money on the extra ticket insurance. It’s a complete scam. When you actually need support, they go silent—no timely responses, no clear answers, and zero accountability. You’re left stressed, confused, and out of pocket, wondering if you’ll ever get a refund. It’s a dishonest system designed to take advantage of people in difficult situations.

I ve read everything people said here…

I ve read everything people said here but.. Personally, I had a really good experience with them. I couldn't attend the B.I concert in Vienna on 30th September 2024 and I email them multiple times asking for a refund (my reason was a reliable one, floods and important roads closed, making me unable to go to Vienna). I even called them and they actually answered. They said they'd come back to me as soon as possible and they did... They refunded me 277 euro out of 280 (of which the 3 euro were for processing/taxes and fees). I had a nice experience with them!

NO REFUND

OE Ticket has not refunded me for tickets for a canceled concert despite promising to do so in 10 days. It's now over a month! They don't respond to email promptly and when they do, it is an unhelpful answer.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible.
Supposed to get a refund for the cancelled Eras Tour in Vienna 10 days after the event. Bank details were provided on request the same day. 10 days later I ask for progress. No response. A week after that again, no response on either. Still waiting for the money. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

They are unreliable..

They are unreliable... My girlfriend did not receive the code to buy a ticket for a Taylor Swift concert. Their customer service is lousy. I would not recommend them.

No refund of cancelled gig

I'm still owed 210€ from an event that was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic. Cannot get any response from anyone or gain access to app.
Tried to create new password but received no email. Do not waste your money booking with oeticket.com

How to get ripped off

How to get ripped off in 3 steps:

1) Order tickets from oetickets (with ticketinsurance for extra loss)
2) Be sure that oeticket cancels the concert within a month before the event
3) Lose the opportunity to go to the concert itself, all the money you've spent to organise the trip to the location and in addition, lose almost 20% of the money you paid for the tickets due to "service fees" and other nonsense that are "not refundable" ~oeticket .

The biggest scammers I have met in my life !

I bought the tickets in 2021 in October, after the time because I lost my job I couldn't go to the concert because it is 900km from where I live. But I took out insurance so I thought I would return the tickets. Unfortunately there is no such option. This insurance does not exist. You email them, call them and no one answers.

I tried to sell the tickets, but the possibility is only through the fansale. Unfortunately you cannot give your price it has to be high, but Fansale itself sells tickets directly for a lower price.

On the day of the concert, where the interest in tickets is highest, selling tickets on fansale is no longer possible.

If you want to lose money, buy your tickets here. Then you will only receive a middle finger in reply.

Awful service, stay away!

Got €900 worth in tickets. Had to fight over a couple of weeks to get only part of my money back. No E-Mail replies, whatsoever. Ridiculous! Never again!!!

We've bought 3 tickets from them but…

We've bought 3 tickets from them but the show (Two Steps from Hell - Live in Vienna) has been cancelled due to the pandemic issues. Though they offered refund, all of our mails got ignored and their costumer service still unreachable and our money has been never sent back.

One of the worst companies I have ever seen!
