OEM Sōko is a webshop based in Nishinomiya City, in Hyogo Prefecture in western Japan. We are a small family business whose members are Japanese, including one member from Australia. Our goal is to provide you with selected goods from Japan from a variety of categories that - where possible - are made in Japan! We hope to provide interesting products and occasionally obscure or rare items that are (or were) only available in the Japanese market. A secondary service we provide is information and reviews on selected locations, businesses and events that might pique the interest of tourists intending to visit Japan. You might discover something interesting to jot down on your intererary for your next visit! By the way, OEM Sōko means "OEM Warehouse" in English. OEM means "Original Equipment Manufacturer", but it can also mean in Japanese "Omotenashi, Echiketto, Magokoro"! Reliable company no problem shipping to France
I ordered a Japanese model car (a Nissan Skyline model only available in Japan) two weeks ago on OEM Soko, which I found completely randomly scrolling google. I hesitated before buying as buying abroad can always be a risk but I was not disappointed : securised payment with paypal, quick sending with tracking number, and in less than two weeks I received my well-packaged item here in the EU (France). Also the little note left in the parcel was very kind thank you.

The best buy from another country shop experience
The best experience I ever had in purchasing something from an on line shop.
The care they put in follow the customers is amazing, you will feel like you are in a Spa day.
By my error I made multiple buy, of different items.
You will not believe, they wrote me asking if I really wanted different packages or an only one package with all the items together!!!! For who don’t know it means that after that and confirm one pack only was fine, they refunded me extra costs of mail for other packages.
Who will be so correct nowadays???
The items purchased were so amazing that I love them all. And they also give me a present for the purchase.
I loved to buy from them, and I will buy more. They are great in everything.

Once again, superb customer service from OEM Soko -Japan. I've ordered a few diecast cars from them, and all have been very well packaged and delivered in good time all the way to the UK. I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them in the future. If only all companies treated their customers this good.
