Exrates was great three years ago

Exrates was great three years ago. Many of these exchanges are dying because they do not pass compliance with the new regulations in the USA. We pay a lot of money to get listed on these exchanges. We cannot control their future. We will soon start delisted exchanges that are not a good fit for Oduwacoin

Oduwa (OWC) affiliated with scam exchanges!

Oduwa (OWC) sounds like a great crypto project. However, they only allow you to purchase coins through their website - not through exchanges. If you look at CoinMarketCap, you will see 4 - 5 exchanges listed for OWC. However, NONE of these exchanges list or sell OWC. I sent funds to EXRATES, an exchange that's advertised to sell OWC. EXRATES scammed me out of my funds - would not allow me to transfer out!

I'm rating ODUWA poorly because they advertised that EXRATES was an option to get OWC. And they've not been helpful in resolving this issue.

Is EXRATES a storefront for ODUWA? Why would a reputable crypto project associate itself with scammers?
