The Sauce That Bridges Cultures Through Flavour What Yoruba kings did for kingdoms, ATA OBA does for your kitchen. They didn't conquer – they built bridges. Through marriage. Through wisdom. Through connection. Now we do the same. Through flavour. One jar. Every cuisine. Infinite confidence. ATA OBA isn't just sauce – it's permission to be bold. To transform your Sunday roast. Command your pasta night. Rule over your rice dishes. Turn hesitant curiosity into genuine craving. The Proof: We sold out completely at Local and Live Summer Festival and Biddenden Tractor Feast. Not because people needed another sauce. Because they needed the confidence to explore Nigerian culture through food. The Magic: British classics become unforgettable (fish and chips, Sunday roast, cheese on toast) Mediterranean meals gain new life (pasta, pizza, grilled vegetables) International tables bow to its authority (Japanese, Mexican, Italian) Every meal becomes a moment of cultural discovery The Promise: Premium Nigerian-inspired authenticity at £7.75 per jar. Dual-purpose brilliance as both dip and cooking sauce. Cultural bridge-building in every drop. From our sunshine truck to Britain's most sought-after sauce, ATA OBA proves that authentic flavours create genuine connections. We don't just make sauce. We bridge cultures through flavour. Because the world was ready for Nigerian joy – they just needed permission to embrace it. One taste. Infinite possibilities. Total confidence.

Bought a jar at the Kent County Show…
Bought a jar at the Kent County Show yesterday and I can’t stop eating it !
I find my self popping in the kitchen to have another spoonful hence the jar is almost empty so now need to order more.
I contacted them with a question and the reply was almost instant.

Food truck in Staplehurst
Went to the food truck in Staplehurst. Spectacular food, really really delicious. Will definitely return often!
Deliciously versatile
We've had friends and family over all weekend and enjoyed the sauces with every meal - eggs and avocado for breakfast, courgette pasta at lunch and on our bbq meats in the evening. Everyone thought they were delicious, thank you! We would highly recommend for their amazing taste and versatility.
Delicious, versatile sauces
I tried two of Temi's sauces (Ata Oba - mild and Tomati Oba) and found both to be absolutely delicious. I stirred them into some plain rice and they created an instant meal that tasted homemade, was full of flavour and which our whole family (including young kids) enjoyed. I'll be stocking up on them regularly as a go-to sauce that I can see is versatile enough to go with almost anything! Can't recommend them enough. Good luck, Temi!
One of the best sauces I’ve ever…
One of the best sauces I’ve ever tasted, and I’m a sauce fanatic! I don’t know what the special Nigerian spices are but I’m dying to know so I can try to make it myself. I’m going to be a repeat costumer for the rest of my life I think haha!
This sauce is amazing
This sauce is absolutely incredible. We tried it at a stand in London, and were blown away by the flavour. We bought two jars, and have used it for so many different recipes. It really compliments everything from fish to jacket potato. Could not recommend more, buy it!
Sauce with flavour!
Met these guys and tasted all their sauces at Beckley farmers market.
Proper sauces that bring flavour to your meals.
Slather on a roast chicken, get it in a burger, toss it through a traybake or just attack it straight out of the jar on a cracker or tortilla.
Banging stuff!!!
The Kings Sauce
The Kings Sauce is absolutely delicious! I had 17 people for Christmas this year and everyone asked...'Where did you get this sauce? It is absolutely scrumptious!'
Fabulous Nigerian Flavours
I found the owner at a pop up in my local farm shop in Kent and decided to try her Àtà Obà king sauce and it tasted amazing. I bought a bottle and my husband and I consumed it within 10 days. It is amazing on all meat and fish. I have now ordered and received her entire range of sauces! Can't wait to try the new ones!

The new hot sauce Obà’s Blend
The new hot sauce recipe, “Obà’s Blend”, from Temi and Elisha’s business, Odunje, is an incredibly welcome addition to their condiments menu, it’s tantalising and moreish, and very hard to not just put on anything… fish, chicken, cheese, a bit of steak, humous and falafel, yes, it works with all of them. It also works well straight from the teaspoon and in to the mouth(!)
This hot sauce differs to the hot “King’s Sauce”, in that it’s more herbaceous and earthy, and has slightly less acute zing, however, this is not a criticism, it has an equally well executed level of spice, but with more depth of flavour - in some ways, it’s the maturer version of the two sauces, a little like a Thai Green curry, with an almost creamy/rounded quality, accompanied by vibrant and aromatic spices. The texture is also really appealing, very finely diced ingredients, with a pleasant crunch. It’s an all round great sensory experience.

Amazing sauce
Amazing sauce. Delicious with every meal. Spicy and flavoursome but somehow not too hot. I like to add it to my breakfast eggs, my lunchtime soups and salads and my dinner time stews and bolognaise it makes every meal more interesting. I'm looking forward to trying the new flavour 😋
I've been using this source at home now…
I've been using this source at home now for months and I still can't get enough of it. I put it pretty much on any meal that needs a bit of extra flavour and it always delivers. Would 100% recommend for anyone that likes spicy.
Fantastic Nigerian food
I recently tried a small trailer-based Nigerian food business and was genuinely blown away. The curried goat was cooked perfectly, tender, full of flavour and seasoned beautifully. You could tell a lot of care went into preparing it.
They also served a special sauce on the side which was absolutely fantastic. Rich, vibrant and packed with authentic Nigerian spices, it really brought the whole meal together.
The service was just as impressive. Friendly, welcoming and happy to talk through the dishes, they made the whole experience even better.
Brilliant food, great people and excellent value. If you see this trailer anywhere, definitely give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
ATA OBA
I must give the team at House of Odunje, their well deserved flowers. A million miles from a run of the mill brand. These guys are creating new sensations and new experiences. ATA OBA - uniquely versatile. I absolutely love it. Try it on roast chicken, boiled eggs - for the contrast, and even, chips. Truly delicious. Highly recommended. You can't go wrong. They get 100 points from me.
ATA OBA is SOOO Good!
This sauce is delicious! I use it like salsa, so it’s great with eggs. I also use it as a dip for Tortilla crisps. I’m sure I will find other wonderful ways to use this sauce.
My new favourite condiment
My new favourite condiment! Eggs and sausages in the morning have a new best friend. I particularly like that I know that with the fresh ginger and garlic this is good for my stomach which most things aren't... 😋
The best hot sauce EVER!
Well, this sauce is fantastic! I’m on my second jar now and it’s goes with everything. I’ve had it on cheese on toast, soups, and added it to my veggie curries. It really amplifies the favour of any dish. I’ve also visited their takeaway yellow truck in Goudhurst and Cranbrook to get their chicken curry with rice and peas. They are such a lovely couple and great fun to chat with. So if you like cooking yourself or you would rather pop out and grab their ready cooked dishes, they’ve got you covered. I definitely recommend you try both.
Fantastic warming peppery sauce
Fantastic warming peppery sauce - I've had both the hot and the mild with tuna, chicken, Odunje's jollof (of course) and kebab! Give it a go, it's addictive
Delicious!
Bought a jar off the back of tasting it at their food van, where I also had the most delicious dinner! It’s a fantastic sauce - incredibly flavoursome and moreish!
