Every product I ordered was what they advertised and plus. Shipping was fast which was great because I ordered a week before a trip. The heavy hitter gloves, D30 boots, bar bag and fanny pack all performed flawlessly. I also ordered a hoodie which was nice and had some extra features like extra buttons and non slip material in areas you don't usually see.10/10

Disorganized and inaccurate communication
Ordered several products. Contacted customer service to change a size but they told me sorry it's too late order has shipped. Then 4 days later I get a message that the product I ordered is out of stock. Took my money, told it had shipped and then 4 days later notified me out of stock. Seems like a completely disorganized small business. Now awaiting a refund.

Really good riding gear from riders to riders
Always fast and good customer service. The products are really good, rider to rider made and it shows and feels. Ordered their Apex Battle Series waterproof gear and they look and feel good and are totally waterproof even riding in heavy rain on the highway with nice details. "Loyalties over royalties"
