Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. It was a great launch at the new showroom which succinctly gives an overview of all ODC's capabilities. Invaluable to understand your thorough approach to process and quality control thought the construction. Great to know we can reach out and discuss designs from early on and work with your collaborative approach to achieve innovation where needed.

Our team were given a thorough tour of the ODC workshop, training centre, showroom and warehouse. We were given a step-by-step guide to each phase of the manufacturing process. This included; CNCing, drilling, bonding, sealing, assembling, and lifting of large format glazing. Every member of the production line was enthusiastic about their role within the team and all the staff were passionate about the product. Matt was incredibly thorough in delivering the tour, he has an excellent knowledge of the production process and was able to explain each stage concisely. Matt also gave us a tour of the sundries warehouse and explained the benefit of using ODC throughout the project. We were later given a tour of the training centre by Ian. Ian is equally as passionate about his job and delivered an excellent lesson about the design of bespoke glazing. His enthusiasm was infectious. Following Ian’s session we met with Ed for a presentation about the design team. Ed showcased a number of projects that demonstrated bespoke glazing details. As an architect it was particularly interesting to learn about how the design team have resolved complex designs with careful detailing. Once we finished the tour/ presentation we navigated our way through the new showroom. ODC and Ecologic should be incredibly proud of the final form. The pavilion showcases a broad range of feature glazing. Our team were particularly impressed with the structural glass entrance and the wrap around roof light serving the kitchen. We would feel very comfortable directing clients to the ODC showroom, knowing that they would be met with an approachable and knowledgeable team. We look forward to working with ODC in the future- every member of the team has been incredibly helpful.

ODC designed and installed a Solarlux Wintergarden for us. We’re very happy with the finished product which has completely transformed our kitchen space. Stephen was very helpful and remained the key contact throughout the design and then installation phase. It’s not a 5 star review because there were delays during the installation - some additional parts unexpectedly needed to be ordered from Germany. There were some communication difficulties with the installers which were frustrating, but as soon as we escalated this ODC moved quickly to resolve it. Overall we’re very happy with the choice we made to go for a Solarlux product, designed and installed by ODC.

This is the first project I have used ODC on and can say it wont be the last. Very professional from design to installation.

We've used ODC on two large residential builds so far. The whole team are great, from Eddy in the sales team to the surveyors and fitters. They've always been professional, great to deal with and do that they say they're going to do. We absolutely recommend them and will continue to use them.

We have used ODC for four separate, large & bespoke projects and as we build for clients, our review is only been possible as each were very happy with the end result.

ODC are very particular when it comes to the order process and realistically so, as no one wants a mistake down the road and undesirable delays.

We have found the sales, survey and installation teams all to be first class. On a few minor snagging issues ODC accepted responsibility immediately and subsequently resolved them.

ODC did a perfect job all through our new build. From working with us during the design phase, making sure all the measurements were correct to installing the windows and doors perfectly. We didn’t have many issues but the ones we had they resolved quickly and without any questions asked.

The process was managed well from start to finish, we had 3 no 6m long sliding small profile doors fitted along with a 3.5 m wide x 5m high glass entrance . The works were carried out on time and to our required budget and we are very pleased with the finished project.
