Besides the fact that our electricity bill has come down substantially every month over the past 9 months, the service has always been friendly and fast. I hadn't received my invoice for the month of July, and David A was on it in a flash. He sorted the matter out in 2 days, communicating with me all the way. Really great service, and so good not to be dealing with bots on the other side of the laptop. Well done Octopus Energy, keep it up!

The solar panel installers were very punctual, friendly and polite. I was very impressed at how quickly they worked and completed the job in the timeframe I was given.

I had an overall positive experience with Octopus in general. Very responsive and helpful through the whole process, I highly recommend them, and their solar offering. When you have a company like them in Spain, it’s easy to love them, they do it right, and it’s difficult to come by companies like these.

So far so good. Was easy to transfer and everything is clearly displayed on the website including pricing.

I found it very easy to transfer my electricity supply to Octopus in Spain and hopefully enjoy cheaper energy.

I recently decided to change to a different electric supplier. After reviewing several options, Octopus Energy España was my obvious choice. Initiated the change on their website but was not sure which option was my best choice. Made contact with Lucía who could not have been more helpful. To me, customer service is just as important as cost and she excelled. Highly recommended by me. Thanks Lucía !
