Very easy Fernando was very helpful

They pretended to connect me as client while I was not. So I received 2 invoices the same time. After long discussion, they reimbursed me. It means I got nothing more than wasted time and blocked money for this period.
Last week they send me an email telling that I have 0.05€ on my account they will transfer to my bank.
Today I received the email where they mentioned 0.04€ and again nothing was transferred to my bank. I don't even know why they doing so? To show me that they are unable to work? I already understood this before now.
I don't even know why people put 5* to such company. To me it's to avoid.

I dealt with Enrique at octopus. I’m a 77-year-old man and I’m not very technically minded. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and got me transferring my Electric over to octopus. Dealt with everything efficiently speedily and politely I’m very happy with the service I have had and hope I will be very very happy with the Electric that I received from them!?!

Customer service is very good and quick to response to my enquiry.

It’s early days, as I have only just moved my account across to Octopus Energy, but my first impressions are that they are a very Helpful and Professional company. They acted very quickly to move my account across and get me up and running.

They have great prices and cool app, with no fuss. But not great prices for solar tarrifs sadly.
I will defo come back when these tarrifs and price of excedentes is higher than 0.035.

We were having difficulty transferring our electricity supply to Octopus on the website, so I requested some online help... Adelaida to the rescue!
I cannot thank Adelaida enough for sorting this out for us. It was sorted out in no time once I provided her with the correct information needed.
ALL my questions were answered quickly and with a great humour too which is so nice to receive from a big company.
If the big bosses are watching trustpilot, Adelaida is a massive credit to the company and she could not have done any more to help us out, so a massive thanks to her!

Octopus are fantastic. Their support is first class. Their app is currently having issue so I cannot see my activity so they sent me a spreadsheet. Amazing

My experience so far is limited to my research which resulted in the change of supplier. My previous supplier was Repsol I was with them as a result of my estate agent saying they could through a contact for the best tariff, sadly they underperformed, and my Repsol experience was to pay more for my electricity and also pay for an insurance that I don't need and didn't want. It could not be cancelled easily so they have lost a customer. My hope is that Octopus. es does a better job and judging from reviews I am optimistic

I was able to solve the issue with Richard who was very understanding and took a lot of time to solve the problem.

All aspects of the service is excellent.,especially support it's all so easy.
I would like the app to show me accurate usage though it used to but for several weeks it is inaccurate but my billing is correct .I hope it is repaired soon

I am in the process of changing apartment and needed to switch the account to the new tenant, it's been such an easy process and the team at Octopus Energy is always very happy to help even if it is speaking a second language to accomodate me. Cristina helped me understand where we are in the process and what's still needed and was so helpful and friendly. Thanks again for making a daunting task much easier!
