I just signed up with Octopus Energy…

I just signed up with Octopus Energy within 90 days of my start date to lock in the rate now. It's the cheapest rate I could find.
I had an outstanding experience with Payden! From the moment I reached out, Payden was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Payden went above and beyond to resolve my issues quickly and smoothly.
I highly recommend OE for anyone who values great customer support.

Payment issue on website

I was having issues with the website not properly linking my payment information to my account for setting up auto pay. Clarissa was very helpful in resolving my issue. She was very kind and polite when discussing the problem. She was able to quickly resolved the payment issue over the phone as well as reinstate the discount for setting up auto payment. Excellent customer service!

Knowledgeable, friendly, streamlined process

Clarissa answered all of my questions and when I decided to sign up, she made the process quick and easy. It was obvious the process had a couple of checkpoints built in to make sure I was voluntarily signing up. Extra points as it was the end of their customer service day. Octopus automatically sent links to the setup stuff, and required an immediate password change.

Moved from out of state to a new…

Moved from out of state to a new apartment complex. Sign up and then was rejected because a out-of state driver's license was provided and Octopus considered this cause for fraud. They would not allow alternative means of correction. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER

Kevin was one of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with.He listened to what I had to say, gave me just what I needed to fit my families need. If all your employees are as courteous as him I would recommend him to anyone who would listen to me.Never have I had this kind of service over the phone and I am in my sixties

Finally, great customer service

I have spent the last 10+ years renewing contracts with electric companies for both residential and commercial properties. Today was the first day I can say that I had a pleasant and effective day with a salesperson - Kevin with Octopus Energy. Customer service makes a HUGE difference!
