Not happy with the service, support is not responsive enough for a CRM service too.

Octopus brand it as being an automation tool to save time when it's just another set of boxes that require manual data entry and most of the claimed functions do not work.
The customer service is terrible and i would avoid the company like the plague!

I ordered a Card with 0,5 cm thickness but I got a normal calling card with around 0,2 cm thickness and Octopus is noch willing to help me out with her mistake.

An ok tool for building contacts, pure rubbish for busy sales people. I could go on all day about their Linkedin limit promises and how they promise you can get around it using their 500 free credits (once they are exhausted they charge you for more.) More time with support than anyone should spend with such a simple concept.
Sadly I have tried it twice over the last few years thinking it would be upgraded or better..

I cancelled and they are now trying to sell us Dripify. If you cant get Octopus right why would I buy anything else from you folks?

Terrible customer service, there are much better alternatives to this platform. The response from customer service was very rude, I didn't feel they gave any thought to their response. They also send messages from fake employees.

I'm not being paid for this review - I'm just someone that uses the unlimited plan.
This tool has fixed my whole life - I've got ADHD and the UI is super minimal and not chaotic at all.
It saves me at least 4 to 5 hours a day, and i can sit behind and relax while this tool does the job.
It is a miracle for people working towards lead generation and recruitment.
Fricking orgasmic. Just get it.

I paid for the service, but when the free trial portion ended, the paid subscription didn't roll over. Now I can't even use it. They need to fix it or give me my money back.

I'm enjoying the experience. The software is really incredible for automating processes within LinkedIn. I just missed a Portuguese version. Other than that, everything, including the prices, is well in line with what was promised.

It saves tons of time connecting and reaching out to your leads. Funnels makes following up faster as well. Transfer leads to excel or CRM is priceless. The user experience it is not intuitive should be made it less complicated

Straightforward to use paired with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Great customer support that are quick to respond.

This is not a cloud solution. Limited automation. I would prefer waalaxy.

So far the process has been frustrating and difficult. The plans/pricing was confusing/deceptive so I had to upgrade within the first day. I am also disappointed that the pricing is actually reflective of an annual amount, rather than monthly. So annoying.
I will say that the customer service responses have been timely, though 50/50 as far as being helpful.

MISLEADING - NOT AUTOMATED - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Initially I struggled with understanding how it works. Then I realized they had an extensive practical guides on youtube which was super helpful.

The basic functionality is great. The reporting and data export need some refining to give confidence that people aren't getting repeat-messaged or missed off from follow up campaigns

It's good but I was dissapointed I didnt get the features I thought I would get for my investment, as the product description didn't make it clear

LInkedIn connections request automation process was so simplified, it saves tons of time.
