This is the weirdest company sending garbage to recipients, very impersonal and just an expensive middle man for actual employee appreciation where the end result is that the employee feels even less special

Do not waste your time if you need the product for a specific day, like a special 35th birthday present ordered 3 weeks in advance but arrived a week after the birthday date due to delays, and all the customer service replied was.. "We couldn't speed up the process, order is scheduled to be delivered on 2nd."

Awful company employed by trusting companies to help choose rewards for employees milestones gifts for long service. Not only are the chosen gifts bizarre, for example, who wants a sharp kitchen knife for many years service?? When you finally choose something from their pathetic list, weeks after ordering you will receive a notification that your chosen gift is out of stock with their supplier & you need to choose something else as no guarantee it will be in stock again. Very strange as still showing in stock with multiple other companies online & still advertised as ‘in stock’ on OC Tanners website. Get your act together OC Tanner, you are letting organisations down with your lazy, couldn’t care less attitude & poor correspondence with clients. BTW, my colleague has been waiting since Feb for his chosen gift & after months of contacting you, he has received no further correspondence. Just wondering how much these large corporations are paying you for such an abysmal service???
