Still waiting for full GAME HISTORY export
I am very disappointed with the customer support regarding a basic and legitimate request.
I have repeatedly requested a full GAME HISTORY export for the year 2025 for tax purposes, meaning a complete record of every single game round, including wins and losses. I am not asking for deposit or withdrawal history.
It is important to clarify that I need this data as a proper export file (e.g. CSV or Excel), not just access through the website interface. The interface does not allow loading the full year of data, likely due to the volume of records, and the page either fails to load or does not show the complete history.
Despite explaining this multiple times, the request has been dragging on for weeks, which is completely unacceptable. This data is legally required in my country and I need it urgently to complete my tax obligations.
This is personal player data that should be provided without unnecessary delays. Other platforms are able to supply this information in export form, so there is no valid reason for such long waiting times.
I want to continue playing on this platform, but the lack of cooperation and extremely slow handling of this request has seriously damaged my trust.
I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, not after weeks of waiting.
