I booked this safari via Viator here from the UK. Our guide Mansoor Manz was great, polite and knowledgeable. Upon leaving the main road going towards the camp the amount of litter particularly disregarded plastic was a concern. On our activities at Alkhayma Camp lots of activities went amiss such belly dancing and unlimited Shisha.
On the subject of feeding the camels 🐪 (dromedaries) they had no available water and they were looking for my bottle of water that I was carrying on and they drunk it all 1.5 litres. On the subject of the cats they were feed in front of us for the show - in my opinion.They were all under weight and I have asked staff to look after a particular one that had a kitten looking very ill and the mother was injured.

Not a good experience particularly if you are an animal lover as I am. The best show was from the telescope man where you could appreciate
some planets. The falcons appeared loved by their owners which was great to see.

This was my dream trip thinking that the desert was loved and respected by their people…the cats Mohamed’s beings as their carry on the ‘M’ in their forehead.

On our recent holiday to Dubai we booked in advance the trip with Oceanair and went on the: Dubai: Red Dunes Quad Bike Safari, Dune Bashing, Sandboarding, Camels & BBQ at Al Khayma which was an afternoon and evening trip.

The communication throughout was perfect, letting you know the day before what time the pick up was and who your driver is.

We had a brilliant trip with 4 other people and our driver Shaukat was very informative and made it a very enjoyable trip

Very good tour back a couple of months ago! Our tour guide was Shahid and he was excellent and very attentive. Fabulous!!

Hi I’ve just come back from a Dubai red dunes ,atv,camel ride and 5* bbq al Khama camp trip. My guide was called Sufyan. He was amazing,he made the whole day’s experience from beginning to end super fun.i was in Dubai to celebrate my 58th birthday and thanks to Sufyan it was right on point. If you’re looking for a great day out experiencing fun on a trip in Dubai then look no further this will be right up your street.

My desert safari experience was absolutely fantastic! From the thrilling dune bashing drive to the array of exciting activities, every moment was unforgettable. The ride over the golden sand dunes was exhilarating, and the skilled drivers made it both safe and adventurous. Recommend taking the activity that includes the quad ride as well.

Fantastic trip and atmosphere, everything is well taken care of, all the listed activities are included in the price, great food (unlimited buffet). Our guide Champs was very nice, friendly and helpful. He told us all the details about Dubai and the UAE. He also made an effort and took very nice photos and videos for us, which will remain in our wonderful memory. We will definitely return to Dubai again and on the same trip with the same guide. Everything was above expectations! Thank you Champs, thank you OceanAir Travels.

DANGEROUS AND AWFUL COMPANY - ALMOST KILLED MY DAUGHTER !

This awful company is not even worthy of a 1 star review. My adult children booked a 'Desert Safari' with Ocean Air Travel ("OAT") in Dubai, UAE and one of the OAT drivers (Kashif) proceeded to run over my daughter with his 4x4 SUV out in the desert when she was sitting on the ground, in full visibility of everyone, after having completed one of the activities. My daughter had to be dragged out from under the vehicle by one of the other tourists that were on the safari. My daughter sustained terrible physical injuries not to mention the mental anguish of being run over. To compound matters, the staff at Ocean Air Travel that were on site handled the situation in the most deplorable way. Mocking the incident and my daughter, lying about calling an ambulance, and allowing the perpetrator to leave the scene of the accident before the police had arrived. I hold the manager on site, Fareed and his manager Niyas personally responsible. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR LIFE AND PROPERTY AT RISK IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES. I have made an official complaint to the relevant authorities in Dubai to ensure that Ocean Air Travel are not allowed to endanger anyone the way the harmed my daughter.

Very disappointed in OceanAir Travels. I booked a trip to Abu Dhabi grand mosque/louvre with them. Due to a travel date change, I let OceanAir know that I’d like to reschedule for a later date. Instead they booked me for a random date, which I was charged for. After many back and forth emails, they kept telling me to contact a third party to fix their issue. The third party mentioned that it’s OceanAir Travels that needs to fix in their end. The latest conversation with them, they offered to book me a tour for USD$25, but what about my initial payment?

I’m posting this as a warning to other looking at booking with this company. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND NOT PROVIDE YOU A TOUR.

I recently went on the Dubai Red Dunes tour with my family, and although the activities themselves had the potential to be enjoyable, the experience was completely ruined by our guide, Asad.

From the moment the tour began, Asad was in a rush. He hurried us through every part of the day, barely explaining what was happening, and when I asked questions, his responses were short and rude. It was clear he wasn’t interested in whether we were enjoying ourselves or not. Instead, it felt like his main goal was to get through the day as quickly as possible. Even questions about how long he's worked with the company were met with sharp responses.

When we arrived at the camp, my parents went to use the restroom, Asad started rushing us even more. I asked him why he was in such a hurry, and his response was, "Don’t think, just follow my lead." This attitude was not only dismissive but really disrespectful. He claimed he told us at the start that we would get free time later, but no one in our group recalls hearing this. It's the responsibility of the guide to make sure we have an idea of timings/what's coming next but he just brushed this off, which was extremely disappointing. I could have understood a loss of communication, but for him not to listen to any feedback was shocking.

The activities themselves—quad biking, sandboarding, and camel riding—were fun, hence the two stars - but because of Asad’s behavior, we couldn’t fully enjoy them. What should have been a memorable day turned into a stressful race.

To make matters worse, on the drive back to the hotel Asad pestered us multiple times to leave him a good review. It was incredibly frustrating to be asked repeatedly in the car after being treated so poorly. If bad reviews were that worrying, maybe treat your customers with some respect.

While the tour itself could be enjoyable with a different guide, I can’t recommend it unless you’re sure you won’t end up with Asad. His rude and rushed behavior completely overshadowed what should have been a great experience.

Saleem is our guide for today. Very nice, friendly and neat. On time on our pickup and had the car cleaned really well. He explained us all the details and iterinary for today. He is very educated on every corners of the camp and some histories. He took care of us from start to finish. Oceantravels is a go to activity company to be with. I enjoyed every bit of our desert safari tour. Will be back for sure.

Sam my tour guide was the best. The entire experience was worth every penny including the time spent with him and the other tourists. Words cannot express the amount of fun I had. The food was the best middle eastern bbq style buffet I have ever eaten at. I had a ball but I was safe and experienced top notch service from pick up at my hotel until drop off. Everything was amazing. Thank you for the experience.

My recent tour of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi was an awe-inspiring experience that left an indelible impression. From the moment I set foot on its pristine grounds, I was captivated by the mosque's sheer grandeur and serene beauty. Our guide originally from Egypt ( Mustafa) was amazing, the best guide ever I have in my experience…Mustafa was very passionate about his tour and knowledge he also care about their tourists and give us best recommendations and answer all questions.
The architectural splendor of the Grand Mosque is unparalleled. Its intricate designs, blending traditional Islamic artistry with modern elements, are a feast for the eyes. The gleaming white marble facade, adorned with precious stones and intricate floral patterns, reflects the sunlight in a way that makes the entire structure appear ethereal. Walking through the grand courtyard, surrounded by towering minarets and the world's largest hand-knotted carpet, was a humbling experience.

Perfect day with perfect food and the best guide! Thank you fazil for this wonderfull day!!

Denis - top tour guide ! Without him probably the trip would have been less memorable, he is a true credit to your business. Not suggesting the other guides are not as good (im sure they are) we were just fortunate to have Denis with us !

If you want to travel from Hurghada to Luxor and Valley of Kings and want to skip the queue lines, avoid travel in a bus full of people and wait for them to come back to the bus and above all, be treated as a VIP you must choose OceanAir Travels.

Me and my partner went to Luxor (Karnak Temple and Valley of Kings) and choose OceanAir Travels as we saw excellent reviews on Google.

We had a private driver who picked us from the hotel, and when we arrived Luxor we had a private guide (Mo) waiting for us. We enjoyed the trip so much, and having someone to explain to us every monument we saw and sharing their ancient history with us was pretty amazing.

Our private driver was always waiting for us as soon we finished visiting each monument and we did manage to finish the trip 4h before de estimated time and manage to arrive back at our hotel around 7pm just in time for dinner.

I would recommend OceanAir Travels to anyone who wants a private excursion from Hurghada to Luxor. You will be treated like a king (you will really feel like you are one). 5 stars rating on this one.

After my first tour, I immediately booked another city tour with Ocean Air Travel. Robert as our German tour guide and Firoz as our driver also made this tour an unforgettable experience. Robert gave us all the important information about the city and answered all our questions. The tour was varied, you see all the important spots in Dubai and get good snacks to try in between. I can only recommend these tours. Thanks at this point to Robert, who offered us an entertaining and eventful city tour and to Firoz, who drove us safely and quickly through the city.

Outstanding levels of customer service coupled with incredible knowledge from our tour guide, Haseeb, made our tour around Dubai an unbelievable experience. I would highly recommend booking with this company and if you can ask for Haseeb your day will be incredible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked the morning desert tour in Dubai with the quad biking, camel riding, sand boarding. Our tour guide Arsi was very good and very friendly, could not have asked for any more. Everything listed was included and there was no hidden fees. Very good price aswell for everything that was included which included beverages too. Thank you Arsi! Would definitely recommend to anyone that comes to Dubai and would definitely go back if coming to Dubai next time.

We took a half day took to the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi. Our guide Adnan was perfect. He was informative, talked the right amount, knew his way around, and as an added bonus, was an amazing photographer. What a surprise when he started doing impromptu photo shoots with everybody on the tour! A talented man.
