Ann spent a lot of time with me at home discussing my situation in detail. Ann was easy to talk to, very understanding, and is clearly passionate about what she does. She offered lots of helpful advice, checked over my wheelchair to ensure it was fitted properly, provided a very thorough report, and wrote an additional supportive letter for an issue I’m dealing with.
The cost of the service is extremely reasonable and exceeded every expectation. It is really easy to get in contact and I was able to book an appointment quickly. Truly a service worth its weight in gold. I would highly recommend to anyone needing occupational therapy support.

Ann got back to be promptly and when she came to see my Mum she was extremely thorough and just got my Mum's situation completely.
