We’ve checked our email records and unfortunately can’t see any communication from you regarding this issue. As a small Irish family-run business we pack thousands of orders each month, and while mistakes can occasionally happen, we always resolve them quickly when customers get in touch.

Thanks for your review.

After checking your order, the delay was due to the age verification process required under Irish law for all vaping products. We sent an email requesting ID verification, which we must receive before we can dispatch any order.

Your order was shipped yesterday immediately after we received the required verification, and it should now be on the way to you.

We fully understand delays can be frustrating, but unfortunately we must follow strict regulations when selling vaping products online.

After looking into this, it appears you may have ordered a shortfill e-liquid, which comes as a larger bottle of 0mg nicotine e-liquid with a 20mg nicotine shot included separately.

This nicotine shot is designed to be added to the bottle to create the final strength — in most cases 3mg nicotine once mixed.

This is standard across the vaping industry and allows customers to adjust nicotine strength while staying compliant with TPD regulations.
