This is a terrible company with bad customer service. I had wrote an email cancelling my subscription and they didn't do it. They said they sent me an email in response, asking "am I sure I want to cancel? You can transfer membership points to someone else.". Two problems: 1. They never sent this email. 2. If a customer asks to cancel, why do you have to ask questions. It's a forceful way to keep them as members again. Of course they billed me for membership again. Their customer service was not helpful in trying to ensure this doesn't happen to others. It was also very hard to find out how to cancel the membership. There's no cancellation option on the app. There's no button on the website. Your only way to do it (and you have to infer this yourself) is to email membership services after login, and on that I received no answer. Shady tactics by a Norwegian monopoly who just wants to collect revenue and doesn't care about customers.
