I’ve purchased two of the travel rings and both are gorgeous! The quality is great and it’s hard to tell the difference between them and my ‘real’ rings. There is a great selection of rings and sizes and delivery was quick.

I used their technique to know my size, I ordered a size down because i was in between two. It ended up still being way too big!
It also took forever to arrive and I was disappointed by the quality.
The nail in the coffin was when I learned that sending it back would cost me 20% of the ring's cost!!! I did it anyway because I have no use for a cheap looking ring that doesn't fit right but arrived way too late, I'm waiting on the refund, so I'm hoping at least this part goes well...

I bought the Clara and the Diana rings and they are both stunning. I have worn Clara every day since I received it, around 3 weeks and it’s beautiful. I have gotten many compliments. I am fussy and have various real diamond rings so I thought these would look too fake but Clara especially is classy, timeless and striking!

Efficiency of service - it was second to none.

I first heard of this brand from Lydia Millen and I am so happy I went ahead and bought my first ring from here. It is absolutely beautiful. The whole experience was smooth, from the moment I placed the order since I received it. I highly recommend.

Here is my review: 0 stars. Do not recommend.

The jewellery is clearly low quality and appears to be drop shipped straight from China. My ring bent out of shape within just a few weeks of normal wear. It was structurally flimsy from the start.

After I sent photos of the damage, which they approved, they immediately issued a replacement but completely ignored my actual concern. I did not want the same cheap, structurally unsound ring sent again. I asked for a credit so I could choose a different style that might hold up better. No response.

They then stopped replying to my emails entirely.

When I messaged them on Instagram, I was told I could exchange the replacement ring, but only if I shipped it back to London at my own expense. So I am expected to pay international shipping to fix a quality issue that should not have happened in the first place.(Which is illegal under Australian consumer law)

Very disappointing product quality and customer service. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

My ring arrived in 8 days. The packaging was pretty and the ring is beautiful. I will be purchasing another for my stack soon.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Customer service was great and responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Shipping was on time and clearly communicated, and I appreciated receiving tracking information so I could follow the package every step of the way.

When the piece arrived, it was even better than I expected. The quality and detail truly stand out. It’s a great piece to wear during international travel, and I’ve already worn it several times and received so many compliments.

Having seen multiple adverts gushing that these rings were being mistaken for genuine diamond engagement rings, I purchased as dupe to wear on holiday. The ring will definitely not pass as a well made diamond ring - it looks cheap, both the material and stone. The ring also feels very light and plasticky and likely to break. The stone looks mass produced, tacky and very very obviously not diamond - I purchased a cheap piece of costume jewellery from ASOS for pennies that looks better. I know you can’t expect too much for the price but It’s certainly not a beautiful piece of jewellery as all of the (paid) advertisements from influencers would suggest
