Dr after 12/31/23. He reviewed other plans with us, checked our Drs participation and our medications and recommended 2 other carriers to choose from. Kyle was very knowledgeable and personable. I am so thankful that I called to check this out otherwise we could of ended up with a substantial bill or having to change oncologists. It would've taken quite a while for me to do all the research on insurance carriers when Kyle had all the answers within a few hours.
