Oasis does what they say they do. They are here to help you setup a hosted server, ensure that you are safe as well as try their best to synchronize with your time zone while ensuring fair service provision to ALL their clients.

Worth using if they are reasonable in your area of requirement. Very knowledgeable core team. Would still suggest finding newer ways to do ticket/issue responses though.

Had an issue where payment for a server was taken but was still showing as expired in the panel. Queried it using the Help function but no response.

This was in October. Still no response.

Incredible servers, very powerful and Jesse was a real help in getting our server setup. We were with another provider but decided to change to Oasis, we are impressed.

Straight terrible.
-Customer support is a nightmare at best, taking up to two months to receive an answer. (I'm serious, two months), and a minimum of 48hs.
-Servers take between one and three working days to update, every time there is a update. "Server out of date" should be the slogan of this host.
-Terrible control panel. Most features don't work, some are straight non-functional buttons while others are glitchy.
-Terrible billing panel, can't automatically renew, sometimes you pay renew the service and they take over A WEEK to get your server back up.

This isn't recent. I've been TWO years with them because there were no other hosts out there that accepted mastercard. Now there are other hosts, and believe me I'm never coming back to Oasis Hosting.

Poor customer support, not helpful at all, and rude. Taking them weeks to resolve a ticket and not even replying for help in their discord servers. Some tickets may take up to a month and you will find yourself in a difficult position due to them not helping you with your problems

The support is good, I did have an issue with my server and although the response wasn't fast, although this was because of updates that I was informed of in discord. They were apologetic for the long wait time, and were quite lovely. There was however the frustration with a lack of response, again because of the updates being done.

Good customer support, got fast and personal help when we had a few issues with our server, which enabled us to keep the Holdfast event of our Regiment, the QRR up and running without any further problems.

Excellent value for money with fast, efficient and personal support:

Our holdfast regiment, the QRR, run a 200 player Holdfast server through Oasis - Its not the most optimised game and 200 players is as big as it gets. Our first 3 months went smoothly, but after a patch in September 2019 we had troubles with server performance - not unusual with holdfast as its hardly an optimised game. 1 support ticket later and quick chat with the staff on discord and they have rectified the problem. The support we have received has been top notch and our regiment would highly recommend Oasis to the rest of the community.

Had some problems setting up the server, but the response from Oasis was excellent and very helpful! Had it all sorted and they kindly added some days to our subscription. Can absolutely recommend them for their wonderful customer service!

I was a customer with Oasis Hosting for a number of months, renting a TeamSpeak 3 server. We had no downtime with the exception of routine maintenance and found the support responsive and helpful. Manual intervention was requested a number of times for things I didn't have permission to do, this was done at no cost. I cannot fault Oasis Hosting on the services I have received.

I've been using Oasis-hosting to run my Mount & Blade Warband server for the last 3 and a half months. We've had no problems with the hosting. They've got incredible prices, and their support resolves practically any problem within 12-24 hours.

I don't plan on switching hosting services anytime soon, and shall be extending my server for the next year.

We from Call to Arms are using Oasis Hosting for over 2 years now and we have had an overall great experience. We have 2 Mount&Blade: Warband server at Oasis. The access to our servers is easy, especially to change maps and mods. If there is a problem, which can always occur ofc, Oasis Hosting is fast in solving the problems. So if you are looking for a gameserver especially for M&B: warband I would suggest Oasis Hosting.

Probably one of the best hosting services out there for the price. Easy to get in contact with and they're very fast to resolve any issues you may come across. Our community has been using Oasis for a number of years and have had a consistent, efficient and overall positive experience throughout. Their admin tools/panels are easy to navigate. The staff are quick to deal with issues and queries and are more than open to discussing potential server plans/community server expansion with their clients. To sum it up, Oasis provides a very professional and hassle free service which I would definitely recommend!

We've been using Oasis Hosting for the official servers of our mod, Full Invasion 2 for Mount&Blade: Warband, for over a year now, and we are very pleased with the services provided. Our contact at Oasis, Jesse, is always very quick to respond to inquiries, problems, and questions. Though we have had some minor issues setting up FTP, these were always quickly resolved with the help of Jesse. If we had a pressing issue, and Jesse was online, our issues were usually resolved in a matter of minutes.
So far we have 6 servers running at Oasis, and we have recommended other servers running our mod to use Oasis as well. We have heard almost exclusively positive feedback about the servers from our community (issues caused by bugs in our own mod notwithstanding).
Finally, Oasis servers are cheaper than almost all other options available for Mount&Blade: Warband, which completely seals the deal for us.
