One article I've ordered did not come, and another article came in the wrong size. I have tried to call you, nobody answered the phone. I have written an e-mail with the picture and the order number and I have not heard from you.
This is the second time, where something went wrong and you just did not answer.
It is your decision if you want to keep me as a customer or not. It really is a pity, because the things you sell are great!

I wrote two emails to ovaseas because i had a question regarding my order and i never heard back from them. Of course I could have called, but If you provide your email/Anfrageformular on your website, as a customer I would expect to hear back.
