Watch your membership! The company is very sneaky about it. Aside from that I’ve been disappointed with the medication at this numerous side effects. I feel I’ve wasted time and money.

I am so sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience with Oar Health. While side effects can be a challenge in adjusting to any new medication, I am especially sorry to hear that the renewal of your membership came as a surprise.
We never want members to be taken by surprise by their subscription renewal or to pay for services they no longer want. That's why we are clear and upfront at initial purchase that an Oar membership renews unless cancelled and also send a reminder email two weeks in advance of all renewals, to give ample time to cancel or delay.
However, I also recognize that miscommunications can occur and emails sometimes get misplaced. I'll be reaching out to you personally to better understand what went wrong and how we can rectify.

At this point, after first taking Naltrexone using the Sinclair Method for 3 months, I have not drank in over 50 days and really have not had a desire to drink. No arguing with myself not to drink, etc. It is hard for me to believe it worked this well. I no longer have a fear of falling off the wagon and drinking in the future because I know I can take the Naltrexone beforehand and the dopamine dependency will not be reinforced. But, at this point, I have no real desire to drink.

I’m into week two and I feel it’s doing exactly as stated. Yes I have had some cravings but I think the medication deterred me from acting on it. Like I used too and my will power wasn’t strong enough.

Oar Health works if you try it

Miracle drug for me
Naltrexone has been a miracle drug for me. I was drinking 3-5+ drinks everyday for years. Whenever i tried to cut back or stop I had little success. My goal was to drastically reduce my drinking and have a better relationship with alcohol. I didn't want to quit entirely , as I enjoy it and complete abstinence seemed unrealistic in today's society. Naltrexone , FROM DAY ONE, has helped me reduce my daily drinks to 1-2 for the first 2 weeks with little to no side effects. As my routine has changed and my taste/reward mechanism for alcohol has changed I anticipate continued success and a NEW LIFE. On day three I looked in the mirror and said "Youre not a boozer anymore!" It's been amazing. I can't recommend it enough.

The medication has worked exactly as I had hoped. It has curbed my appetite for alcohol, without any adverse side effects. I have been on it now for a month and I am able to think more clearly and rest better. I have also noticed a subtle increase in my overall energy level.
