I made an order on the 12 th February…

I made an order on the 12 th February for a pair of sandals I paid them £58.00 they have a delivery system where you can track your order.
The order stays in the same place and despite contacting them now on five occasions they say it’s in the system?.
After the second time of asking about the order I paid for they don’t have answer and ignore you.
I am having to go to my Bank to try and retrieve the money.
This company is unprofessional and not to be trusted.
