The item received was very nice, although flawed each time it was delivered, the last attempt was accepted due to the inconvienece of all. Overall the item is solid. So, I would order from this company again - the minor flaws brings the rating down a bit. Aftercare is a bit slow, but you do get there in the end - you just have to be persistent.

Bought a Wembley Triple Wardrobe. It’s very flimsy, not the quality they promise on the site, the doors bend and the parts don’t fit together well at all. I tried to negotiate with customer services to replace what seemed like some faulty parts but it became impossible, with nearly two weeks to respond to each email. I tried to return it but this was ignored completely, they just out of the blue arranged to send a replacement which I didn’t want and eventually I gave up dealing with them.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Never answer the phone or return calls. Do not respond to emails. Did not reply to Paypal when a dispute was raised. If you are thinking about buying from them think again.

The worst customer service would be a compliment. Numerous messages and calls (to little response) in regards to a missing item. Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs. Such a shame because the product is great and it wouldn't take much to resolve. Con artists

Actual furniture is really good quality and packaged really well. Problem with the company is that their communications are just dreadful. Emailed in total around 10 times with no response. Left voice mails and contacted them on Facebook. They read my messages but still did not bother responding. Only when I opened a case with PayPal did they bother responding. I was going to order more furniture from them as this is my second order, but not after this episode.

Be careful when ordering as you will need to chase the company daily for any form of response
