My honest opinion was made by experience so great is the fact that my fiancé’s necklace had endured some unfortunate issues and when I went to file a claim for it, the service people were very quick and responsive with very accurate updates, which made this whole thing an awesome experience. The quality of this necklace was top-tier and I loved it so much. I had to get one made for my mom which she really enjoyed as well. I will recommend you too many of my friends that are looking to get their loved ones. Something special as well. The entire purchasing process was seamless and professional. I loved receiving a sneak peek of the finished product and appreciated the shipping updates and receiving the product a week early.

A Gorgeous Everyday Accessory
I absolutely love these small triple-hoop earrings! I only have one piercing in each ear, but they create the illusion that I have three, which I think is such a clever design. The color is beautiful, looks radiant, and complements my skin tone really well. I do wish they were just a little bigger, but overall I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.

Not worth the money.
Nothing is wrong, it is just the smallest lettering, seems incredibly fragile and for almost $400 I really thought you would be able to read the words and might see that it was 14k. I’m embarrassed to give it as a birthday present. My daughter in law wanted a necklace she could wear in the shower and wouldn’t tarnish. So I guess there is that.

Purchased a small solid gold pendant…
Purchased a small solid gold pendant with my wife's initial (A) on it She has many fine gold chains she can use so did not order the chain. The bail on the pendant was so tiny tat none of her chains would fit through it. Their support said it was specifically made for their chain and I could buy one or get a credit or exchange. It would have been nice to know at time of purchase that the chain was reqiuired!
My wife is taking it to our local jeweller to have bale cut off and a larger one installed. NOT great customer service!
Update: received an e-mail telling me if I put a larger bale on the pendant they will void my warranty!

I purchased a necklace from Oak & Luna while I was in Canada, and it ended up becoming one of my girlfriend’s all-time favorite necklaces. Unfortunately, the clasp eventually broke, so I reached out to their customer service. They were absolutely amazing to work with and ended up sending me an entirely new necklace as a replacement.
Between the quality of the necklace and how easy their customer service made the entire process, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My girlfriend absolutely loves the necklace, and the way Oak & Luna handled the issue definitely earned my trust as a customer. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them!
