I’ve been using this host for about 8 months and things were fine until recently. My website received a DMCA complaint which I quickly resolved with the complainant. the complainant confirmed no removal was needed.

Despite showing my host the email proof, they suspended my entire website instead of just checking the reported URL. I’ve opened multiple tickets but nothing has been fixed yet.

This downtime has already caused me financial loss. Really disappointed with how this was handled.

This is by far the most pathetic hosting service I’ve ever used. Their email servers are always blocked, nothing delivers properly, and the website keeps going down almost every other day. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

The support team is useless, they never provide a real solution—only excuses. If you want to waste your money and lose your clients, go ahead and buy this hosting.

👉 Cheap in price but zero in quality. Stay away if you care about your business!

they are providing cheap services. and when you put queries. they will not solve. so please don't buy any single plan from them

They are scamming. I purchased 1 year hosting plan they offer 7 days refund no question asked policy. I asked for refund after two days. I explain reasons that I am not satisfied with speed they said speed is ok than deny my request and close ticket. Now after sometime they say we introduce platform fee that we have to pay every month.

I am not sure from this o3host, web hosting. I bought a yearly plan but before ending the first month they suspended my website and missed the guide, and deleted all my data from the primary domain, so I request everyone to avoid this o3host service, It wastes money and time, each day faces problems in WordPress admin panel, so I cannot recover my data and they block me from every login,

Worst Hosting Ever i Purchased, i Purchased Premium Package Just for Test, Believe me they are unable to Activate the Nameservers on their hosting even in 7 Days. their Support is so bad no proper Guide and on time Answer!!!!

Hi Everyone This Is Totally Fake Company. The support team is very slow. This company does not refund your money. I have also taken a service. A day later I canceled mine to get my refund. Have asked the team to refund me now I have canceled my service. So they said you will not be refunded because you have tried wrongly. The support team has said that first a ticket has to be opened. As such, there will be no refunds. I said let's reactivate my service. Then they activated it again. But today I have opened a ticket and said that you should refund me and stop the service. So he gave this answer This service is not eligible for a refund as you had already canceled it and we have deployed it as a courtesy. What should I do now? So take the service carefully.

This company has left me disappointed with their customer service. I've experienced issues with their system and staff behavior, and haven't received proper assistance in resolving them. Additionally, it's concerning that they reportedly incentivize positive reviews on TrustPilot.

They attract customers through cheap price, and later each Support they will demand more , i just lose my money as i know they will not refund me so be aware and don’t get trap

He reply my review is Spam, i have All proof whatsapp conversation, and his ticket report plus invoice everything, and this guy already terminated my account with one year paid plan without refunding my money

also he have 2 accounts on trustpilot.com O3host.pk and O3host.net

He advertising & show on his facebook page O3host.net reviews which i notice fake and he divert customers to O3host.pk which clearly against trust pilot policy i have video proof i will send to trust pilot

I have been using many website hosting providers from the last 5 years but O3 Host is the best of them. All the premium features are provided for free and customer support is also very responsive.

Very good hosting provider. Customer support is very helpful. Server response time is also very good. 💯 recommend.

Very Bad service Cpanel take upto 10 minute to open and wordpress dashboard i see delay every time when i open another option and woocommerce is not opening in their hosting service infinityfree free service is better than o3host paid service
