Office 2019 purchased, email response with link received, downloaded and installed. MS asked for key, email provided it but added extra numbers in (XXX). Entered them all MS said bad key, valid key is 24 digits.
Reentered first 24 digits - success! And it all took less than a half hour, most of that download & install.
At first skeptical, Now a believer.

I had purchased the key for windows pro. I try a few times to enter the key code but windows stated that is was not the right key, so I wrote to customer service and they did get back to me within a couple of hours, in the meantime, I did a scan of my system and found that it did load the windows pro. It seems Microsoft had a problem with their site. Yes I would purchase from them again.

My experience was for a very quickly purchase and without problems.

I ordered a 2019 version of Microsoft office about a week ago and the license key that they gave me was invalid. After trying it over and over again following the instructions that they included in the email with the code it kept telling me it was invalid. I wrote into customer service and all they keep doing is asking me for more and more information and it’s getting ridiculous that I can’t just get another code after a whole week of going back-and-forth with them. I wanted a working version of office to finish a school paper and now this is putting a huge stall on it. In the meantime they have my money and they gave me an invalid code this is not right!
