OMG reading all these reviews I just had to add that my experience was just about the same! I ordered with time for a Christmas Outfit but no, order arrived 2 weeks later!!! I purchased an XL button down shirt which is extremely smaller than expected. Seems more like a US size S/M.. I contacted Customer service for return/refund info and they refuse to refund me my money. They asked for thousands of pictures and insist in me keeping the shirt because "they're in China and the shipping fee is very high" .. they have not given me a shipping return address and continuously say "shipping return fee is very high" so I should keep the shirt.. why would I keep a shirt that has no purpose to me!!!! CONPLETE INCONVIENCE!!!! Do not purchase from this site!!!

Order took a ridiculous amount of time to even be dispatched! Missed the Christmas deadline for my partners gift! When the burgundy double breasted coat with belt finally arrived, it was red and no belt!!!!! Customer services wanted a million pics of the coat and every single label on every single package and garment before they said they would send a belt for the coat! I have no faith this will arrive, or even match the coat which is not the correct colour I ordered!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!! You will only be DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shorts 32w and 30r and they were too tight and too long they are more like 3 quarter lenghts

I ordered a mens 40" corduroy shirt from this company, it arrived today marked 40 but with a 36" max chest and 14½" neck size. I asked immeditely for a return and replacement for a larger size according to their website, but have received a series of bounce-back emails asking for clarification, even sent them photographs to show the item, they just prolonged the chat, it was a game to them I think. Lost my money, shirt is too small to wear, and it is the worst internet buying experience I've ever had. Must be honest, I'd thought from the company name that it is a New Zealand trader - but it has all the makings of a Chinese sweat-shop, from the bad old days. Beware! Stay away!

Avoid useless wrong sizes and no chance of refund

I was sent a pair of
Jeans with the button hole still sewn together and when I contacted the company about a return, they simply told me no and to cut the button hole myself.

Awful! Do not order from here. The sizes displayed are not correct, I ordered a large based on the chest size chart and it turned out small. Material is cheap, not wool but wool like. I asked for a refund within 10 mins of opening it and was told they only refund if the made a mistake. I checked their policy and the policy stated 30 days full refund. I am still in dispute! I have been told to keep the item, sell on ebay and they will give me 30% refund.

Very disappointed with this company. The XL shirt I ordered would not fit an S. They claim their sizes are Asian, but if that is the case there must be some very strange looking men in Asia. Their sizes are hopeless for UK. Don’t waste your time and money buying from NZWE.

I ordered on 10/25/2021 it is currently 12/20/2021 and have not received my package. Will not give me my refund back and only gave me a 5% token for their website. Scam scam scam. Do not purchase from this website

Order took nearly a month to arrive then wasn't was advertised.
The shirt was meant to be Cotton, but when it arrived the label states 97% Polyester.
So far no compensation or refund offered.

I never write reviews as I’m always satisfied with a product or I simply get my money back with a refund or exchange. However, this store deserves a 1 star review. Like most other people who reviewed this store, I ordered a size L cargo pants but when it came and I wore it, it was more like an S.Did not fit me at all. I contacted them to get my size exchanged for a XXL and they refused saying “They sent the correct item and we will not return it as long as it has no defects” despite their website saying they’ll return within 30 days of product arrival if I’m not 100% satisfied with the product. The only thing they are offering me is a pathetic 10% refund (£1.90). Do not order from here

Poor customer service. Very rude. They do not deserve your business. Buy elsewhere. Like what other say, I would give a zero if it was an option.

THIS IS SCAM, FRAUD. they sent me a just a piece of red cloth, in place of a dress. Ask refund, start bargaining from 5%. and will ask you pay for both return shipping and initial shipping TO and FRO from china.
I disputed the transaction with Paypal.

Please do not purchase anything from this company . I ordered a shirt to the value of £23.99 after not receiving my purchase 2 weeks after placing order I contacted them via their chat service to which they wasn't very helpful.

When the purchase arrived it didn't fit and the threading on the seams were coming away.

I sent an email to their customer service team where they rudely and abruptly opened their reply with "Did you check the size chart before ordering" . I very rightly informed them that their extra large size measurements were identical to the Large size measurements.

They informed me that exchanges were not allowed and only for bad quality products received . I informed them that the shirt I ordered had all the threading coming away from the seams and sent them photos which they requested.

They told me they would give me 10% compensation of the value of the shirt I paid for if I just kept the shirt (£2.39).
I refused so they upped it to 15% to which I refused so they upped or to 20%. Once again I refused telling them I would like full refund or a replacement shirt sending which wasn't poor quality.

They told me that I would have to pay for shipping of the new shirt and also shipping of the old shirt to be sent back too and it would be really expensive .

Their address is Foshan, Guangdong Province, China.

So if you really don't want to waste any money do not order anything from them

Do not buy from nzwe thes people I bought a bomber jacket large it wouldn't even fit a little kid there is nothing to it No insides so cheaply made is nothing like the pictures payment was 30 pounds i have been ript off it is so badly made i probably can make this joke

These are to be avoided at all cost. My son ordered a lot of clothes none of which fit him. The customer service is a disgrace initially offering just 5% refund. Put down to painful experience but please don’t order from this company.

Shocking quality certainly not as advertised. Tried getting a refund to no avail - lots of emails offering 20% discount which was a joke as I already said I didn’t want the shoddy item. Was told would be very expensive to return - more like a threat so gave up in the end! Appalling all round.
