Misleading name as they are based in…

Misleading name as they are based in UK, not New Zealand as we thought.
Communication with them take a day due to time delay.
I've just spent a week trying to sort a faulty item issue with them and I am out pocket by $28NZD just before Xmas, as they said they would refund my postage, but since have said store credit only as I don't use PayPal. So much for easy hassle free refunds. It will be weeks/over a month before I get the item I returned for repair back due to this company being in UK.
Read the fine print with these guys. Don't be mislead like I was. Buy from NEW ZEALAND trusted sources only.

Another great purchase

Not the first time I have ordered a game from NZ Gameshop, love their service, value and also the points system is a key reason why I shop here. Will be coming back here in the future naturally, can't wait until my next game arrives.

Awesome shop

Awesome shop, great savings and even better customer service. highly recommended specially if you have kids and they are chipping in for games. my teenage son uses this web site to help him save money. just in example; last purchase, Call of Duty Infinite Warfare (order number 5058756123023) we saved $30 comparing to local stores and sellers. very fast communication and games arrive in mint condition.
