Great customer service and product
Great customer service, Andre answered me quickly with any questions or concerns I had. The glove came out looking just like the way I had built it on the site.
The glove is lightweight for a catchers mit but feels great. Seriously considering ordering another one for one of my kids.

Andre Jacobs at NYStix made the entire custom glove ordering process a breeze! First the online builder was easy to use. Once ordered he confirmed the order via email which most custom companies don't do. As the build continued if there was an update or something with the glove he had a question about he messaged right away to make sure everything was ok! Once the build was finished he sent pictures and tracking number. Shipping was quick from glove completion to my door! Quality is great and wouldn't hesitate to use NYStix again!

This is as good a bat as I have bought ANYWHERE. Turn feels JUST LIKE my favorite 243 from these more expensive makers and the finish and look of the bat is top notch. I cannot wait to use it in a game.
