4/6/2025 Today I i've receive the order today 🙌 ,the delivery is so quick, I order on Monday and I got the order on Friday .

To be honest used this company several times cant fault the quality or the service never had a problem. Wife just loves the products shall be placing order again soon.

Don't bother trying to arrange an exchange or return with the arrogant prick who owns this company as you will either be ignored or treated like a problem.
Beware the Nylonz brand which is plastered all over ebay and via their website. Once they have the sale and money in the bank they couldn't give a toss if you need to return something for an exchange.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. This company has deliberately disassociated itself from these (currently 50% at the time of writing) negative reviews by claiming this business website (nylonz.co.uk) is not the same as the ‘other’ one (nylonz.com) - when in fact they ARE the same company & both those web addresses lead to the same website with the same business address. So don’t be fooled. The proprietor is very prickly shall we say. If anything could be reasonably assumed to be the fault of the company regarding your order or its dispatch, rest assured it isn’t the fault of the company - it is YOUR fault for questioning them. And you will be banned from further purchases from them for having the temerity to question them! AVOID!

My fiancé is a total stocking fanatic; only vintage colors, only 15 denier, only RHT or fully-fashioned - you get the picture. So finding a company like Nylonz, who carry stock made on the original machines from last century, was a gift from the gods. The stockings really are gorgeous, the shipping is prompt, and the company's follow-up (tracking notices, etc.) is exemplary. I'm even getting him to like some of the newer colors, since the feel is so luxurious and they do such great things for my gams. My only possible complaint is that items sell out on a regular basis, but I suppose that's a testimony to how many customers like them as much as my guy does!
N.B. I placed my first orders on eBay, but have now switched to shopping directly from the Nylonz site.

Truly awful company, owner is very rude and needs to take lessons in customer service, I’m not the only one saying this on these reviews, can we all be wrong?

I never leave reviews however on this occasion I feel that the business went far & beyond our expectations.
I purchased some items for my wife to wear on a special weekend we had been planning for ages however due to my own stupidity I ordered the wrong sized Stockings. I phoned the office & spoke to Kat who was very understanding, she offered to send my the correct size & without charge, trusting me to return the incorrect sizes as promised.
I was over the moon to receive them the very next morning which needless to say really made our weekend special - thanks Kat!

I have purchased the goods at this shop via ebay and paid around 15GBP for the delivery to Germany. After a few days the good were "delivered" based on tracking information, however I have not received any package. I have contacted the seller proactively informing about the problem and asking to help researching the item and provide proof of delivery with a signature of the person who has received the goods. As a reply seller wrote me: "How could anyone else claim your package?
Ebay as well as Royal Mail & Deutche Post show successful delivery. If you have a problem then you need to contact Deutche Post", which between the lines calling me a liar. I would advise anybody stay away from this shop, because if there is any problem you would not be able to count on any support.

My wife made a purchase from their website goods were faulty and sent back for replacement recorded delivery, unfortunately haven't heard anything for a month is in dispute with PayPal. I did phone them with a very rude owner on the other side. This is not a way to do business. I urge you to spend a bit more money and go somewhere else.

I have been ordering without problems for a few years, until this month. They sent the wrong size. Which I didn't realize until I was trying on the stocking. When I emailed them they blamed me for opening the package and wanted an explanation of why I would do that. They actually said if I hadn't they could have passed it onto a good customer. Somehow implying I was not. But offered no solution to the problem. I had to email again and after a week go a refund. Along with a snide comment to let me know that a tall isn't 2 sizes bigger than a medium it is only 1 size bigger. All that because I described the stocking at "like 2 sizes to big". I am horrified by this customer service and will never order from them again.

Odd design: leather sewn onto polyester. Little durability, poor quality but marketed very expensively
